Random Hits - International artists in English

After having started a thread for language hits, it is also appropriate to start one on international artists from various countries who sing in English.
English is an international music language now, and many artists think they can crack the market with English language songs. many fail as we just ignore them, but they are recognized in their own countries and some interested people who love music just follow such artists although many times their names might be very hard to spell.
We should not also forget that English is the language used in some countries as a lingua franca or might be the mother tongue as well. Artists from these countries can be included. Say Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Nigeria etc...
Again I'll roll over with some suggestions and let you continue with suggestions that you may come with
