Feel free to snicker (cause, you know, it is MTV and all...), but MTV has revealed their list of Artists to Watch for 2015. www.mtv.com/news/2055291/2015-artists-to-watch/Most of these names should look familiar, depending on which Pulse pages you've been spending time on as of late. :)

lol Green Baron's friends at priory are among the list. Some of these will not make it big time, but this is actually a pretty good list (for MTV standards).

I like how they're patting themselves on the back for calling Bastille's rise when they had already smashed #1 Alternative and were in the middle of a huge Pop crossover by January 2014. Rae Sremmurd are already big. Some of these are questionable as I think some of the artists have already established themselves. Also shoutout to hoodie for making the list.

Yeah, I've been kind of disappointed with sister network VH1's recent You Oughta Know choices for that same reason - most of them are already pretty established by the time VH1 picks them (A Great Big World, Echosmith, Tove Lo, etc.) - and then they patted themselves on the back when all but one or two of them had big hits. I get it, though, I guess - gotta pull in interest somehow, and that's made easier with a larger pre-existing fanbase. Also quite amused that, as previously mentioned, both artists registered on Pulse are on this list. Our impact, slay, etc.
