This song was included on Beyoncé's sophomore album, "B'Day." It samples Curtis Mayfield's "Think (Instrumental)" from the "Super Fly" album. J. Cole also sampled that song for "Nobody's Perfect." Strangely enough, this song was first recorded by Victoria Beckham, formerly of the Spice Girls. Jazmine Sullivan also recorded a version of it for a variant of her debut album, and it didn't end up making the cut. Although it was never released as a single, Beyoncé still sings it in concert. I think she kind of thinks of it as one of her signature ballads. Great song. Here are the three versions:

It's one of my favorite Beyoncé songs. I love it so much.
Had I heard Victoria Beckham sing it first, I might have liked her version, but having heard it after being familiar with Beyoncé's version, she sounds like someone doing karaoke.
