Is there any other clips that may contribute to TOL stream? Does live performance video count? Anything?? I'm just hoping that TOL could have at least 1,5 Million lead in Stream, as it will be what it take to defeat UF if my calculation is right. Live performances don't count. There could be other videos that use the official audio, doubt that it would be 1.5 million views worth.

As someone pointed out to me previously, Lady Gaga's "Dope" debuted thanks to streams of a live video.

^ Yeah, they said unless it's from the official video or viral videos (fan-made or not), it won't be added to streaming points. So I guess that talk about why Rihanna's Grammy performance wasn't included was vague since they wouldn't include that. Whatever streaming points are added would come from the official videos or viral/fan videos. The reason UF had a big streaming week two weeks before was because of that fan/viral video of the principal. In Ed's case, he has two fan videos playing the full song (one was added to his account and another was added to Warner Music Brazil) plus the 200m viewed TOL video. The TOL video was streamed more on YouTube last week than UF was and as Daniel pointed out, it was a 2m difference between the two.

I'm thinking UF will hold on to #1 (barely) this week. Top 5 for 45S seems reachable this week.

If a live performance is uploaded by the act's account and it's categorized as music, it supposedly contributes to streaming- or so that's my understanding. There are licensing issues with live performances, but, again, if those criteria are met, it should count.
The "Dope" thing was because of clicking on an ad that took you to the performance, so that was a bit different.

^ Now that I recall, FFS' Grammy performance was added to Rihanna's Vevo account so good point.
About UF barely getting #1, I'm not so sure. I think it's really too close to call. Mark didn't make big gains. Yeah it's possible he kinda eeked out but I don't know, since this is Ed's birthday week (his birthday was yesterday), I just have a feeling they won't deny him this week. THEN afterwards, whatever happens happens... :)

Lips Are Movin I agree except I don't think either of Sam's songs will be that high lol. I think INTOO will be #9 with Style at #8 and Ellie at #7 while SWM will not be in top 10.

Any chance "She Knows" by Ne-Yo can hit the top 10 in the near future? I heard it on the radio today and really liked it.

How do we know that LMLYD is actually going to be a big smash and the next number one and that it didn't just get a boost from FSOG which JUST came out (evidence is that The Weeknd's song also increased just as much as LMLYD). For all we know, LMLYD could go back down once the movie's buzz dies down. Don't get me wrong, I would love for Ellie to get her first #1 (which IMO she deserved 2 and a half years ago with Lights) but I have a feeling that this is just a false alarm due to the newly released FSOG movie...

Already over 2 pm. Usually they release single chart updates after 3 pm but they've done it early before...

Wait so you're telling me that 30-second videos of people flopping around like dipshits that happens to have (<20% of) a particular song playing in the background count for streaming and song popularity but actual performances of the actual song where the actual song is the purpose of the video doesn't count as song popularity? Makes sense.

Mark G.- as I posted, live performances should count, if uploaded by the act and is categorized as "music." I'm definitely in agreement that those short videos with a song in the background counting is silly- and it would be ridiculous for those to count and valid live performances not.
