I can bop to RFW, but I don't like the autotune. I think she doesn't get a lot of credit for an independent artist, albeit I prefer her music on a major label, I think the fact that she has been indie for 10 years and is still relevant is something that should be acknowledged.

Because she could push and promote it a bit more than what she's doing tbh. Her usual formulaic approach just ain't cuttin' it no more. This has the potential to be an urban hit. I mean what good will a remix do with another artist preferably Chris Brown, Trey Songz, etc if she's not willing to attempt to push the original.

I say give it time to grow. It’s not too many outlets catering to urban music like it used to be.

It's growing though. Out of all the records/singles she's drops during her independent stage, this one has gained the most traction from the people and public alike. Ready For Whatever is perfect for urban radio. It's R&B with just a smidge of Trap but not overly indulged in it though.

I know this is my favorite mya record since she put out KISS album. It sounds like a mike will record. This is too good to waste she cant get on the Wendy show atleast lol. This song makes me really interested in her music again.

Now you know damn well she ain't going nowhere near Wendy or her show. I think if Hollywood Today was still around she would be able to book them and perform again. I just hoping for her 20th Anniversary she does something special and go all out.

They could at least help get her on Urban AC stations. Urban is a LONG SHOT but she might could gain traction with the right record!

I've said this before, but I just want to be able to buy her music in stores again. That's why I'm shooting for a distribution deal. As much as I'd like and want Mya back on the radio, the odds are against her. She's 38 and she's about to face ageism towards women in the industry and at radio. But if she can make something happen more power to her.
