RIP. There also was "Judy's Turn to Cry" (the sequel to "It's My Party") and "She's a Fool," among others, as well as this classic, immortalized in film by its three stars :

^You remember Tiffany, but not Deborah Gibson? www.billboard.com/articles/columns/chart-beat/6472999/lesley-gores-top-10-biggest-billboard-hitsLesley Gore's Top 10 Biggest Billboard HitsBy Keith Caulfield | February 16, 2015 The late Lesley Gore -- who died on Feb. 16 of cancer in New York at the age of 68 -- racked up a string of hits on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the 1960s, including her signature No. 1 hit "It's My Party." It's Gore's biggest hit of all time (see list, below). Gore notched 19 entries on the Hot 100, including such familiar tunes as "You Don't Own Me" (No. 2 in 1964) and "Sunshine, Lollipops and Rainbows" (No. 13 in 1965). Gore later earned an Academy Award nomination for best original song, for co-writing "Our Here On My Own" from Fame (with her brother Michael Gore). The song was also a top 20 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 for Irene Cara, who performed the tune in the film and on its soundtrack. The below list is based on actual performance on the weekly Billboard Hot 100. Songs are ranked based on an inverse point system, with weeks at No. 1 earning the greatest value and weeks at No. 100 earning the least. Due to changes in chart methodology over the years, certain eras are weighted differently to account for chart turnover rates over various periods. Lesley Gore's Top 10 Biggest Billboard Hits: 10.
