From 2008, I'd have to rank this as my second favorite country-to-dance remake, following "Always On My Mind."

I'm not big on the Flatts version, but I've always hated this.
One of those songs that is completely ruined once someone puts a techno/dance club beat behind it.

Their Because The Night remake was better, but I can see why this was pushed instead here.

Love the song itself... even though I don't like RF, I've listened to their's the most. Cascada's slow version is decent, but lacks emotion. I don't think this works as a dance song.

I did like their cover version at the time, though I do prefer the ballad version.
Lenny Bertoldo produced a dance version with a male vocal that I preferred that was featured on the Abercrombie & Fitch in store playlists. Since the most famous version in the U.S. had a male vocal, this just worked better overall.
