We all have those songs that we have no memory of ever being on the radio when they were charting. Usually from age 10 to 15 is my ballpark for this - too young and of course I wouldn't remember some, lol. I think it would help if we listed what years we grew up listening to in that age bracket.
1999 - 2003
Toby Keith - "Country Comes To Town" Dixie Chicks - "Cold Day In July" John Michael Montgomery - "Hold On To Me" Lee Ann Womack - "(Now You See Me) Now You Don't" Reba McEntire - "Wrong Night" SHeDaisy - "This Woman Needs" Trisha Yearwood - "I Would've Loved You Anyway" Tommy Shane Steiner - "What If She's An Angel" Phil Vassar - "Rose Bouquet" Blake Shelton - "All Over Me" Garth Brooks - "Wild Horses" Diamond Rio - "Wrinkles" Kenny Chesney - "A Lot Of Things Different" (might have heard it a couple times back then but honestly can't remember much)

Good thread. Most of my examples are from the ages of 10-15 as well (2000-2005 for me). I mostly stuck to big name artists and songs that were at least moderate hits that I would expected to have heard at least a few times, but have no recollection of. I'm sure I'll have more as I think of them.
Brooks & Dunn - Every River Brooks & Dunn - I Can't Get Over You Dixie Chicks - Cold Day In July Martina McBride - It's My Time Martina McBride - There You Are Martina McBride - Wrong Again (I seriously have no idea what these are. I did hear "I Love You" a trillion times, though) Phil Vassar - Rose Bouquet Tim McGraw - Some Things Never Change Toby Keith - Rock You Baby

Toby Keith - Rock You Baby This one too. Also: Aaron Tippin - "People Like Us" Joe Diffie - "In Another World" (yet I heard "Tougher Than Nails" a ton)

In the just asking department: Why start a thread called No Recollection? Obviously, you must remember something here! You could have easily titled it Forgotten Singles/Songs.

No recollection means not being able to recall hearing it on the radio when it was out. "Forgotten" singles thread, we already have which refer to the singles that people overlook by certain artists.

I can remember just about every top 10 hit from 1990-94 with ease. Yet I have no memory of the following:
1995: I Know She Still Loves Me; Ring on Her Finger, Time on Her Hands; What I Meant to Say; I'm Still Dancing with You; Halfway Down; In Between Dances; Life Gets Away; Love Lessons; Song for the Life; Stay Forever; Which Bridge to Cross (Which Bridge to Burn); You Can't Make a Heart Love Somebody
1996: Change My Mind; Every Time I Get Around You; I'll Try; If You Loved Me; That Girl's Been Spyin' on Me; It's What I Do
1997: Land of the Living; Sittin' on Go; Count Me In; Half Way Up; Still Holding On
1998: Angel in My Eyes; Forever Love; I Wanna Feel That Way Again; Loosen Up My Strings
1999: Meanwhile; She's in Love; Because You Love Me; Home to You; This Woman Needs
extending to top 20 for 2000 onward:
2000: More; Real Live Woman; We're So Good Together; Almost Doesn't Count; Let's Make Sure We Kiss Goodbye
2001: But I Do Love You; Rose Bouquet; There You'll Be; While You Loved Me
2002: Saints and Angels; I Cry; In Another World; Til Nothing Comes Between Us
2003: I Wish
After that I remember all top 20 hits, even if a few (Made in America) completely slipped my consciousness for a bit. That's also the point I began listening to the countdown so when I get home I'll research the 21-40 songs from 2003 on that I don't remember.

George Strait - Meanwhile George Strait - One Night at a Time George Strait - Tell Me Something Bad About Tulsa There's a few George songs from the late 90s to early 2000's that I don't remember hearing on the radio and if I did it was minimal ("If You Can Do Anything Else", "Round About Way", "Don't Make Me Come Over There And Love You"). The bottom two you mentioned I do remember hearing on the radio - "Meanwhile" not so much.

Wow, One Night At A Time is George's #2 or #3 charting song of all time :) Maybe I'm biased because it was the #1 song the week I graduated high school so it still resonates with me...not too mention a great song. I actually do remember all these songs, and I thank you for taking me back.

Alrighty so the years I was 10 to 15...2000 to 2005 good years overall so let's see which songs I don't remember hearing on the radio. Interesting to note I started following and exploring chart history around the end of 2005 so it's perfect that I would only know the songs I heard on the radio up till then. Now I pretty much heard about 90% of everything released by a major label from 1990 on (basically anyway). Only going with top 25's btw as that's when I usually start hearing songs.
Trace Adkins "More" - #10 "Help Me Understand" - #17
Alabama (Honestly thought they had retired after the In Pictures album.) "Small Stuff" - #24 "When It All Goes South" - #15
Gary Allan "Nothing On But The Radio" - #1 (Only heard this about 2 years later)
Jessica Andrews "Unbreakable Heart" - #24
Rodney Atkins (Oddly enough I remember hearing "Someone To Share It With") "Honesty (Write Me A List)" - #4
Jeff Bates "Long Slow Kisses" - #17
Big & Rich "Wild West Show" - #21
Clint Black "Been There (Feat. Steve Wariner)" - #5
Chad Brock "The Visit" - #21
Garth Brooks "Do What You Gotta Do" - #13 "Thicker Than Blood" - #18
Brooks & Dunn "Every River" - #12 "That's What She Gets For Loving Me" - #6
Tracy Byrd "A Good Way To Get On My Bad Side (Feat. Mark Chesnutt)" - #21
Kenny Chesney (Pretty sure it's just cause I find him boring mostly) "What I Need To Do" - #8 "I Lost It" - #3 "The Tin Man" - #19 "A Lot Of Things Different" - #6 "The Woman With You" - #2
Clay Davidson "Unconditional" - #3 "I Can't Lie To Me" #26 (counting it anyway) "Sometimes" - #21
Kevin Denney "That's Just Jessie" - #16
Joe Diffie (But I remember his two Broken Bow singles...) "It's Always Somethin'" - #5 "In Another World" - #10
Dixie Chicks (I thought "Heartbreak Town" was a bigger hit than these) "Cold Day In July" - #10 "Some Days You Gotta Dance" - #7
Dusty Drake "One Last Time" - #26 (close enough)
Scotty Emerick "I Can't Take You Anywhere" - #24
Emerson Drive "Only God (Could Stop Me Loving You)" - #23
Vince Gill "Feels Like Love" - #6
Billy Gilman "One Voice" - #20
Josh Gracin (Thought that "Nothin' To Lose" was his debut) "I Want To Live" - #4
Pat Green (So of course I remember "Somewhere Between Texas and Mexico"...) "Don't Break My Heart Again" - #21 "Baby Doll" - #21
Andy Griggs "You Made Me That Way" - #19 "How Cool Is That" - #22 "She Thinks She Needs Me" - #5
Steve Holy "Blue Moon" - #24 "The Hunger" - #24 "I'm Not Breakin'" - #27
Alan Jackson "Work In Progress" - #3
Carolyn Dawn Johnson "One Day Closer To You" - #24
Toby Keith "Country Comes To Town" - #4 "Rock Your Baby" - #13
Tracy Lawrence "Lonely" - #18
Lonestar "Tell Her" - #1 "With Me" - #10 "Let's Be Us Again" - #4
Patty Loveless "The Last Thing On My Mind" - #20
Brad Martin "Before I Knew Better" - #15
Martina McBride "It's My Time" - #11 "In My Daughter's Eyes" - #4 (Now I hear it a lot...)
Brian McComas "You're In My Head" - #21
Reba McEntire "We're So Good Together" - #20 "My Sister" - #16
Tim McGraw "Grown Men Don't Cry" - #1 "Do You Want Fries With That" - #5 "My Old Friend" - #6
Mark McGuinn "That's A Plan" - #25
Jo Dee Messina "Downtime" - #5 (Always though "Dare To Dream" was bigger)
John Michael Montgomery "Til Nothing Comes Between Us" - #19
Craig Morgan "Every Friday Afternoon" - #25
Brad Paisley "Wrapped Around" - #2
Rachel Proctor "Days Like This" - #24
Rascal Flatts "While You Loved Me" - #7 "I'm Movin' On" - #4 "Mayberry" - #1

Brooks & Dunn"Every River" - #12 5. Clay Davidson"Unconditional" - #3 6. Emerson Drive"Only God (Could Stop Me Loving You)" - #23 7. Vince Gill"Feels Like Love" - #6 8. Billy Gilman"One Voice" - #20 9. Pat Green (So of course I remember "Somewhere Between Texas and Mexico"...) "Don't Break My Heart Again" - #21 "Baby Doll" - #21 10. Steve Holy"Blue Moon" - #24 "The Hunger" - #24 "I'm Not Breakin'" - #27 11. Patty Loveless"The Last Thing On My Mind" - #20 12. Brad Martin"Before I Knew Better" - #15 13. Mark McGuinn"That's A Plan" - #25 14. Rachel Proctor"Days Like This" - #24 15. Sons Of The Desert"What I Did Right" - #22 16. Pam Tillis"Please" - #22 17. Lee Ann Womack"He Oughta Know That By Now" - #22 Okay, great post. I numbered them cause I'll definitely screw up this many multi-quote's. 1. Those two Trace songs I have no memory of either. 2. WYRK played the snot out of "Nothin' On But The Radio" and they still play it. Y2Kountry loves it too. 3. I'm fairly certain that WYRK ignored "The Visit", which is a shame since its a great song. 4. Don't remember "Every River". I'm sure I've heard it a few times but every time I see the title, I have to think super hard to recall it. 5. Barely remember "Unconditional". WYRK was not a huge fan of those flash in the pan newcomers in the early 2000's (Clay, Kevin Denney, Tommy Shane Steiner) 6. I only remember the music video for "Only God". 7. Vince's I remember vividly but I haven't heard it in years. 8. Again, only saw the music video for "One Voice" 9. WYRK completely ignored "Don't Break My Heart Again" and "Baby Doll" #bitter 10. ^ The also ignored all of Steve's singles other than "Good Morning Beautiful", "Put Your Best Dress On", "Brand New Girlfriend" and "Love Don't Run". 11. Like the Patty song but can't recall it either. 12. Another newcomer I don't remember much about. 13. Ooh, that stinks about Mark's great song. Too bad his music for the most part isn't on iTunes or Spotify. 14. WYRK ignored "Days Like This", but luckily they played "Me And Emily". 15. Honestly, I didn't even hear "What I Did Right" til two or three years ago. 16. Don't recall hearing Pam's either. 17. Now, what's irritating about "He Oughta Know That By Now" is that WYRK added that one about 4 months too late. They added it in like August of 2005 (it was top 22 or 23 by then on R&R), then they only played it for a month and a half before it went recurrent. There seems to be many similarities in everyone's selections...

The weirdest one for me is I didn't hear FGL's "Stay" on any of the local stations AT ALL until after it fell from #1. Not ONCE among the two stations around here and the two around Saginaw.

Blue Moon by Steve Holy is a terrific song that never got played too much. Kind of weird.

Good Ol' Days is the only Top 40 hit from 2005 that I've completely forgotten. Considering what an excellent year that was musically, that says something.
I also only remember hearing Montgomery Gentry's "Roll with Me" about five or six times before it hit #1, and zero times afterward.

I haven't heard "Roll With Me" once since it exited the charts. In fact I think I've heard "One In Every Crowd" more times since 2009 than "Roll With Me".
Those will likely go down as MG's final two top 5 singles.

Basically every song by Rascal Flatts - except for Summer Nights and Life is a Highway. There are a few I even like quite a bit (I'm looking at you "Banjo"), but if you held a gun to my head, I couldn't sing more than 2 words of the songs.
