After just one listen, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say this is Gloriana's best album yet.

I don't know. I really liked A Thousand Miles Left Behind, and this is not blowing my mind. I just don't hear any sure-fire hits on this. which is what Gloriana desperately needs.

The closest things to a sure fire hit could be "It's On Tonight". It follows nicely with what Lady A did with Bartender. But overall I'm a little disappointed. Trouble sounded so much like a hit and I'm willing to bet that if the sales were there it would've done well. I mean I guess "Ain't Running Out Of Summer" could be a decent follow up song. Gloriana is between a rock and a hard place right now.

I hear many more hits on this compared to their past Albums. Should have used Are You Ready or It's On Tonight as the lead single. Those 2 sound like big hits.

Overall, I am thoroughly disappointed with this album. I liked "Trouble" but the only other song I seem to like is "It's On Tonight." I really want Gloriana to do well but this does not do it for me. Their live performance of "Ain't Runnin' Outta Summer" sounds much better than the studio version, IMO.

This is an alright album, but it really feels like Lady Antebellum's 747 Part II. I've always kind of compared the groups to one another for obvious reasons, but this album has a sonic nature that really reminds me of what Lady Antebellum has started doing lately with their sound. I do like these songs, but production-wise, some of them seem a little off to me and I preferred the more organic approach that they had with their last album. This is a little more in the poppier vein of their debut album though, with an updated sound that matches more with the current landscape over what they were doing 6 years ago.
I've just listened to the record once-through and I'll need to give it more listens to figure out what my favorites are, but the one instant track that stands out to me is "Ain't Runnin' Outta Summer." The chorus is perfection and it sounds like a good bet for a radio hit, imo. The only problem is that idk when they'd release that, because if they release it next, it won't be able to take off in time to be a summer hit since they're low on the totem pole of country acts. Not sure what other song(s) I'd consider for singles yet, but there's quite a few songs on the album that sound like they'd work on radio, and then hopefully they'll get a hit with something to pave the way for "Ain't Runnin' Outta Summer" to smash next summer as single #3. <3

Taste Of Country sat down with Gloriana about Three and this little section of the article caught my eye: Ah, I see. So as long as there's enough banjo in a song, it's country...

Taste Of Country sat down with Gloriana about Three and this little section of the article caught my eye: Ah, I see. So as long as there's enough banjo in a song, it's country... Well there are country music clubs, haha. I don't remember this song in particular from when I listened to the album for the first time the other night, but I did feel like the album had some odd production choices in parts that were probably there to make the record more modern and appealing to radio. That said, it never really sounded like they went too far over the line, especially since I thought the record was comparable to the kind of stuff they started out doing on their debut album. Their sophomore record was a bit of a more organic departure overall, but it seems they went back to the poppier side of the country spectrum.

My sarcasm wasn't necessarily directed at that song specifically but the notion that if there's enough banjo on a particular track that can keep it in the genre which I find to be false. Yes banjos are country instruments, but no traditional country instrument should override other factors to make a song fit within the country genre, at least to me.

After multiple listens um this album is not good. I love Trouble but that's it. Ain't Running Out Of Summer was great too. Are You Ready is well a hot pile of garbage. Nobody But You is bland that's all I'm gonna say that about that Fight, Lighters,Wanna Get To Know You etc. Basically any song but the 3 above and It's On Tonight. Which only stands out for its oddball production. I guess the releases for me would go
1. Trouble 2. Its On Tonight 3. Aint Running Out Of Summer
Overall 4.5/10.

Interesting variety of opinions on the album. I really dig it. Standout tracks to me are Trouble, It's On Tonight, Wanna Get To Know You, It Won't Let Go, and Lighters. The only issue I have is that I wish they would've included a solid ballad. The closest thing is Nobody But You, but not quite what I had in mind. Still, glad to see another album from them and I hope they can score another hit.

Wow these guys can't sell at all. No follow up single they didn't even make 10K I mean come on.Eric Church outsold them Jason Aldean Reba Little Big Town this week alone and Kelsea Ballerini came pretty close. These guys will and you wanna know what given how much this album sucked SHOULD be dropped from their label go independent or better yet break up their not gonna last much longer and while I loved Trouble every other song blended in so much I don't care for Gloriana and what happens to them.
Any announcement on a follow up or are the label shooting themselves in the foot by not announcing a follow up song right away. Gloriana is the next non new artist that I think will get dropped.

Think it was expected that powerhouses like Aldean and Church, the album from a band with the best selling and most talked about song on radio, a country music legend and the debut album from one of the most hyped up new artists out there would all outsell a band that has one top ten hit and three top twenty hits in their career. Love these guys, but they've never been big sellers and I don't think they'll have much success from here on out.

Love these guys, but they've never been big sellers and I don't think they'll have much success from here on out. I think raylatch98's point was that all of those albums have been out for months and they can still outsell Gloriana in the trio's first week. I mean, Gloriana only sold 5000 copies...that's absolutely terrible. In fact, I can't even remember the last time a major label artist sold such a small amount of copies in their first week. Heck, most Texas acts can sell more than 5000 in their first week, and a lot of artists that have never charted can sell more than 5000 as well. Then there are country/rap projects from the likes of Colt Ford, Big Smo, The Lacs, etc. that can easily outsell Gloriana as well. I can't imagine Gloriana's 2nd single even making the top 40, and that's if Warner Bros. even bothers to release one at all. I mean, just take a look at Gloriana's discography. Their first 2 albums were able to debut at #2 on the Top Country Albums chart, and at #3 and #11, respectively, on the Billboard 200. Three debuted at #116 on the Billboard 200.

I honestly think the release was just poorly planned. I mean I'm glad it's out for their sake, but releasing it now was a bad decision. Especially since, IMO, not a whole lot of time was put into it. I mean come on, the cover is bland, the songs are bland (for the most part) and I mean come on, Three? Really? Something like "It's On Tonight" would have been a much better title. I like these guys and I'm sad they're not doing well, but it's not surprising that they're faring poorly.

Every now and then The Boot or Taste of Country's website gives me a "wait, what?!" moment and today is another installment. This is a piece of an article before interviewing Gloriana about their new album Three: Their single "Trouble" is gone from the MB and Billboard chart (in other words, the opposite of "climbing") and they had a top 40 single in 2014 with "Best Night Ever." I feel like they released this album just to release it. The album artwork isn't there, they had a great opportunity to make this FEEL rugged, they way it looks, no booklet (I wanted lyrics..), they barely wrote thank-yous, they used fan-pictures on the back cover, and this had literally no promotion whatsoever. I think they knew it wouldn't do well, by the fact they offered up no support. Warner didn't once post about it on any social sites, but instead chose to promote Hunter's latest single on Gloriana's release date instead.
This album is pretty solid, in my opinion, but won't be remembered. Most people don't know, Gloriana IS on an independent label: Emblem. Warner is there as a 2nd seat.
Baby band forever or not, they're still a great band and will always be my favorite.

They are officially signed to Warner Bros. as well, though, and they've gotten plenty of promotion throughout their career. They just have never caught on. "Trouble" did way better than it should have at radio, considering that there were songs not even in the top 60 that were outselling it on a weekly basis. At this point I'm wondering if they'll even get a 2nd single.
I wouldn't be surprised to see them be quietly let go from the label before the end of the year.

The only thing that is helping them right now is John Esposito has always been a huge fan of this group, thus why they have continued to get single after single. At some point though Warner has to see that Gloriana just don't sell and spark enough interest to justify keeping them associated with the label. The fact a follow up single hasn't been announced yet makes me think they won't get another single from Three. It's a shame that they have sold so poorly since I like almost all of their singles thus far, but it is what it is I guess. "Trouble" did amazing considering the abysmal sales.

What a shame that it looks like they won't even get a second single from this record. I suppose it's a pretty big uphill battle and all, but still... I'll be disappointed if they get dropped by their record label, though (unfortunately) it wouldn't come as much of a surprise at this point. I wish they'd get another single to stick.

I'm confused uh how do I put this. What the hell are these guys gonna do. I mean its quite clear a follow up isn't gonna happen. Yet it doesn't appear there even trying to promote a new song. I don't even think the album reached 10k. I mean and I it's not like their going for a new song which at this point might be their last shot if that. What amazes me is the fact that it's like their not around I mean I don't think I've seen another artist mention them like I mean does Gloriana just take some more time off and hope for some good timing. Can someone explain what would be best for these guys to succeed.

They've probably been dropped from their label as they are no longer on the website for Warner Brothers. I just am amazed at how badly they sold and how much they never sticked since their music was plenty radio friendly enough.
