It's German electronic duo Blank & Jones with Deep Forest of the updated 1992 classic "Sweet Lullaby". It's from Blank & Jones album "RELAX Edition 9". This is the relax mix.
Blank & Jones sound in recent years is very different from the Blank & Jones that I used to know in the 90's and the early - mid 2000's. They went from having trance classics like "Cream", "Flying To The Moon", "DJ Culture", "The Nightfly" and too many to list to now being downtempo and chill sound.

I was a big fan of the original song back in the day. This new mix is pleasant as well. There was that Mauro Picotto song "Komodo (Save A Soul)" in the early 2000s which used a re-created drop based on "Sweet Lullaby". When I used to DJ and play that song, I would drop in the original Deep Forest song before mixing back in to the Mauro song. Blank & Jones sound in recent years is very different from the Blank & Jones that I used to know in the 90's and the early - mid 2000's. They produced the Stay In Touch album for German singer Sandra which was identical in sound to her 80s work with her former husband and producer Michael Cretu. They re-created the sounds so perfectly. If you were not told that Blank & Jones did the production, you would not know because it was just that good. Hubert Kah also worked on that record. They have been doing a lot of those So80s collections which have featured rare remixes and productions by other artists that they remastered and restored and then the second disc contains a DJ mix by them with those same songs. They also curated some special collections featuring extended mixes and dubs that have been remastered and restored. Alphaville, Culture Club, Frankie Goes To Hollywood, Heaven 17, Hubert Kah, Orcherstral Manouveres In The Dark, and Sandra are just some of the artists they did such collections for.
