That '80's hairband rock intro (literally) sets this off on the wrong note. I thought I was getting punk'd when it first came on!
The refrain is very pretty though. I like this but it's not one of my favorites on the album.
I also had to double check that Shakira wasn't singing backup!

I haven't yet heard the song, but for anyone wondering, the uncredited artist on this is labelmate (Maty) Noyes, who's signed to Lava/Republic - she had a song called "Confessions Of A Bad Bitch" included in last winter's Jingle Blitz coverage, but it hasn't been released yet. She just tweeted that she's releasing an original from her upcoming debut EP on Monday.
