Uptown Funk dropped last week because it fell significantly on streaming (over 1 million). The only other week UF had a sudden streaming drop like that was the week UF missed out on tying the Top 10 record and fell from 8 to 12. UF won't make it back to the Top 20, but I think Bad Blood, Drag Me Down, and maybe Downtown will drop back below it this week. This would put UF back up at around #23. Marvin Gaye has peaked, and I don't think the Mill/Minaj collaboration will climb much higher (there are streams Nielsen neglected to count for a few weeks, and we believe that's what's caused the surge now, but we could be wrong). After the 8-12 drop UF barely moved for the next nine weeks, and it's sales and airplay are virtually unchanged from last week. UF is falling just a little on Spotify, but the lower the song ranks, in the fewer streams there are separating the tracks anyway. I haven't heard UF losing video streams this week, so I think the faster falling songs (BB, DMD) will bump UF back up a bit, and DT will need to grow legs for a couple of more weeks before it's standing firm. It won't be long until See You Again falls below UF, and maybe even TOL. Also, I can't see where the performance with Swift gave SYA any boost in either sales or on Spotify. Since I really wanted SYA to get to 4 million so we could have a song from 2015 sell 4 million copies before 2015 ended, the fact it's slowed down so much and it's just now reaching 3.5 million is a huge disappointment. I don't expect "Downtown" to drop, is been in the top 10 on iTunes the whole week, and is still rising in radio play, so it should stay in the top 20 and possibly make a run at the top 10 soon, the rest are likely, though.

"All Eyes On You" is gaining some in streaming beyond what it was jipped a few weeks back, but the difference doesn't look like that much (AEOY has a big ODS lead, but doesn't appear to have a significant HSS lead), and it trails UF in sales and airplay, so I think AEOY will finish one notch behind UF this week, but will likely move ahead of UF next week since it's gaining in airplay.

It's gonna be close, you all think JB will clinch a 2nd week or will one of The Weeknd's songs dethrone him?

www.billboard.com/articles/columns/chart-beat/6693364/selena-gomez-scores-first-pop-songs-no-1-with-good-for-you?utm_source=twitterSelena Gomez Scores First Pop Songs No. 1 With 'Good for You'By Gary Trust | September 14, 2015 10:35 AM EDT The A$AP Rocky-assisted song becomes her first No. 1 on the airplay tally. Selena Gomez celebrates her first No. 1 on Billboard's Pop Songs airplay chart, as "Good for You" rises 2-1. The sultry single also marks the first No. 1 (and chart entry) on the list for featured rapper A$AP Rocky. Gomez had previously peaked as high as No. 2 on Pop Songs with "Come & Get It" in 2013. She's notched five top 10s on the mainstream top 40-based, Nielsen Music-measured ranking. "As an artist, you never know how people will respond to something you've created and that is very personal to you," Gomez said in a statement released by her label, Interscope Records. Referencing her Oct. 9 album Revival, she added, "I cannot thank enough everyone at all the radio stations and my fans for their support and joining me in this next chapter." "Good" has reached a high of No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100, which measures all-genre airplay, sales and streaming. (Check back later today to see where the song ranks on the latest Hot 100.) All charts will update tomorrow (Sept. 15) on Billboard.com.

Well @markg94, if G4Y doesn't reach top 5, would this be a good consolation accomplishment to you?
Congrats to Selena.

I guess...just that this would be the third time in the last couple years that she peaks at #6 and she hasn't had a top 5 hit...kinda frustrating lol. I didn't really like GFY at first but it has grown on me a lot lately!

It doesn't surprise me much...... WDYM needed streaming lead over CFMF and TH to be #1. If that didn't happen then it would easily have gone down to #3.

It doesn't surprise me much...... WDYM needed streaming lead over CFMF and TH to be #1. If that didn't happen then it would easily have gone down to #3. Tbh it feels like it barely decreased on Spotify or YouTube this week, so I was expecting it to stay above 20 million streams. It did take quite a plunge in sales though so I knew there was a chance that WDYM would fall to #2 or perhaps even #3. In any case, I thought The Hills would be above CFMF, but I guess the airplay gap has more of an impact than I originally thought... But anyway, congratulations to The Weeknd on this amazing achievement! now if only The Hills reaches #1 then I can rest easy! I don't want this to be another Blurred Lines/Get Lucky or I Wanna Love You/Smack That situation :(
