This was the final single from Deborah's album, "One Wish." It peaked at #1 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart and #8 on the Hot 100. It's her second biggest hit in the US. I loved this one.

I used to play the shit out of this back in the day! I still like it. R.L. is very underrated.
I also loved the video until I saw a comment on Youtube saying that Deborah has bigger muscles than R.L.-I just can't watch it anymore.

this might be my favorite by both these singers . it was RL's only top 40 song outside the group while this was one of Deborah's two top 10 songs .

I always liked this.
I loved this type of ballad.
It’s chill, but still kind of a power ballad.
I wish RnB ballads would shift back to this sound.
The “One Wish” album it was taken from got a lot of play from me back in the day.
Perhaps it was because it was near my peak clubbing days, but I always felt like the club mixes were just as good if not better than the originals from this project.
Especially “It’s Over Now”..
