After O-Town disbanded in 2002, this was released as his debut solo single in 2006 on Blackground/Universal. It was produced by Dr. Luke and Max Martin and written by those two and Ashley. It peaked at #24 at CHR/Pop and #12 on the Hot 100, thanks to digital sales. I actually thought this was a good pop song.

I liked this a lot at the time but forgot about and then it randomly got added to our workplace playlists in 2016 and it has been a mainstay ever since.

He had a reality show I think on MTV about his life and I remember the process with creating this song. I liked it back then.

This was good but I always thought "Soundtrack To Your Life" should have been the big single. It was the theme song to the show for God's sake
