Billboard always posts the Top 10 on Sunday, so they haven't missed any "deadlines" yet (they've been posting about Adele on Saturdays as bonus to get extra page views + to compete with Hits Daily Double and some other websites, but we knew it was going to end eventually).  We'll see what happens tomorrow.

As for Hits Daily Double, A) they've basically shut down for the holidays.  They didn't post a radio preview this week even though the freeze is over and Mediabase is back to issuing published charts (aka - there's no ambiguity, Sunday's charts are 100% normal, official charts).  Remember that their key "sources" are label promo teams, and all of those were basically off for the holidays as well.

B) Their numbers have been somewhat messy lately, to the point where it's probably better that we just wait until Billboard posts the Nielsen data.  Hits is still struggling to model the Friday-Thursday tracking week (in terms of projections) and the "final" numbers they posted last week (we know those weren't actual, finalized sales numbers since they were posted before Thursday was even over) were off for several key albums.  I'm also wondering if they've lost some sources as it relates to track sales, as they've been off on TEA for some key albums and haven't posted the Top 10 single sales chart in a few months.

I seem to recall them waiting till like 11:30PM one Sunday. We're not quite at "throw in the towel" o'clock, but we're getting there.

Adele drops whopping 74% this week!!!! Sold 293k according to HITS. Everyone's sales are way down except for Justin Bieber.

Next week will be start of the notorious January sales. Could Adele drop down to only 150k next week? Possible!

I've looked at that list twice and cannot find Taylor, am I blind or what? There's no way she's out of the Top50 (is there?).

And wow at that drop for Adele! I thought for sure she'd do 400k. Still great numbers though! But if Justin continues with these small decreases he just might be able to reclaim the #1 spot from Adele in like 3 weeks.
