I love love love Gabrielle's original, and I love Stoney's, but this is absolute trash. It's a slap in the face to the original, and I hate the male vocals. I guess AATW is cutting their losses.
[/u]™ , this is an old, old song that was AATW started promoting last year, and it has yet to receive a UK. I don't think that's happening, so I guess they licensed it to Central Station in Australia.

I was going to start a thread on this too. I love the original too!!! I heard the Stonebridge mix and that was good too. I don't know about the rest of them, but if they are really that bad, I don't need to bother tracking them down. I heard one at the local DJ shop that was a Royal Gigolos-style mix. Instead of just looping one or two lines and then having one chorus in the middle, it started off like the Royal Gigolos ones with the Benny Benassi sound, and then a few loops and then it's full vocals with a few loops here and there. It was not bad, but it was too ordinary for me to actually buy or download it.

DDFOS, I'm not sure if you're familiar with the UK dance scene, but all the mixes plus the original 2004/2005 mix is what is known as "Northern Dance", the style of dance music from UK's North, specifically Scotland. It's sort of a faster trance sound.... all these productions are like 300 BPM! Friday Night Posse, Flip & Fill, and all those horrible Kelly Llorenna covers fall under that style. So if you like THAT, then you might like them. Otherwise, stay away! Stoney's mix is the only one different from the rest. I don't know what possessed him to remix his track... Stoney is very choosy and he just doesn't remix anything. There's a reason why AATW canned this one in the UK. :o :o :o :o

Some of them are real good, while some of them are just awful. I haven't liked Kelly Llorenna's solo covers and stuff, but I have liked the stuff she did with N-Trance. That cover she did of "Tell It To My Heart" was a nightmare! I'll listen to the samples.

I met someone who actually knows someone from PerfectBeat, and they told me about their rational behind making the samples available to registered people only. Some of the stuff that PerfectBeat sells is apparently "privileged" because it can't be found in a regular store.

"Exclusive import!". "You can't get it elsewhere!". All lies! It might not be easy to find them, but if you do a little research, you can! The only thing exclusive about PB is their outrageous prices! They'd rob you blind. I never shop from them. Total rip-off.

I only buy from PB when they have those little sales and that's only a couple times a year. I usually find what I need in the local DJ stores and even some other places. Many of those CDs from some UK labels, such as Hed Kandi, Defected, Ministry Of Sound, and Azuli are available at this one location of Frys in my area at decent prices. Some of the single disc ones are $12.99 and under. And for doubles, some of those Hed Kandi ones are just $19.99! Some are less. They probably are available at other locations too. But I was a tad surprised that they had those. PB's prices are just too high sometimes.
