I'm just going to go and steal half of Coolcat's list. :)
1. 2Vibez - Sometimes - This is a HOT Euro jam. Sounds a lot like something Groove Coverage would do.
2. Commander Tom - Attention - Can't get it out of my head.
3. Brad Carter - Morning Always Comes Too Soon - laid-back House track, reminiscent of Roger Sanchez's "Another Chance". Getting lots of play on XM's BPM.
4. Deep Dish - Flashdance - One of the biggest dance tracks of the year, a worldwide hit, and I still haven't tired of it.
5. Eric Prydz - Call On Me - I've gone back and forth on this song, but I'm really liking it right now.
6. Armand Van Helden - My My My - Hey! I posted a topic on this song back in August (http://pulsemusic.proboards12.com/index.cgi?board=dance&action=display&thread=1092590141) and it never got a reply, but now everyone loves it. Go figure.
7. Aventura - Obsesion - A not-too-dancy version of this is getting play on z103.5, but if you question whether this is a dance song, go get the HSP Dance Remix or DJ Ross Remixes, both done by the guy partially responsible for "Dragostea Din Tei" being such a hit for Haiducii. Those remixes have a nice Euro feel.
8. Danzel - Pump It Up - I hated this song at first, but then found myself humming it at work, and now it's permanently burned in my brain and I've learned to love it. :)
9. Stonebridge - Put Em' High - see above comment about Danzel.
10. Duran Duran - Sunrise (Jason Nevins Mix) - Cool remix.

Haven't had much time to post of late, but there is some great dance music out right now. My top 10 as of 11/11/04...
10. OceanLab - Satellite 09. Kyau & Albert f/ Julie - Not With You (Ronski Speed Vocal Edit) 08. Above & Beyond - No One On Earth (San Francisco Mix) 07. Sarah Mclachlan - World On Fire (JXL Club Edit) 06. Thrillseekers - Synaesthesia aka Fly Away (Paul Van Dyk 2004 Mix) 05. Lost Witness f/ Andrea Britton - Wait For Me (Vox Mix) 04. Aurora - Real Life (Extended Mix) 03. Interstate - I Found U 02. Reflekt f/ Delline Bass - Need To Be Loved (Thrillseekers Mix) 01. David Morales f/ Lea Lorien - How Would You Feel
Some chart notes....
"Satellite" continues to hold on after all these months. Already my #1 song of 2004, it slowly pushes towards my top 10 of all time. Aurora's new song is simply great. Good pounding bassline with some nice male vocals. It isn't often you see a house song as my favorite dance song, but for now it is. "How Would You Feel" is just that damn good....
