She just tweeted some sh*t and directly went at Cardi. This is really too childish to be damn near 40 now, Onika sis. I’m so puzzled by her today. Why wait all this time to say all this? This is all so calculated. I guess she really is playing up the bad guy schtick this era and giving the media EVERYTHING they want. I think it was to Akademiks for bringing that stuff up again. If she'd had said during the Motorsport era, she'd got ripped then. Everyone was already on her ass for the song even happening with another female rapper on it. Damned if she do,damn if she don't. Well she brought it all back up during the Beats interview. She was the precursor to Akademiks. People have been forgotten about "Motorsport". It's clear this is all to tie in the meaning behind "Chun-Li" but it's such a random and unnecessary marketic tactic. Both songs are hot and it's not surprising that they're pretty much slaying, but all this extra **** was not needed and it's making her look horrible rn. Her saying Atlantic/Cardi made her change her verse is also moot. The original lyrics would've been seen as definite shade. |

I took Nicki mentioning her hairstylist as to say he can vouch for their scheduling conflicts bc he works with Cardi now too and wouldn’t be biased for either party.
Celebs all use the same makeup artists and stylists.

I don’t think Nicki is doing anything wrong and majority of the response to her interview has been positive. I enjoyed seeing her honest and vulnerable. She could’ve just dissed Cardi and ripper her apart, but she was honest about how she felt. I always thought Cardi’s responses about Nicki in interviews was very awkward and Uncomfortable. If she was in a song with a Jay Z or Beyoncé she would’ve showed a lot more reverence for the occasion and Nicki deserved the same. At least Nicki left the door open for a conversation instead of a permanent fued.
