So striking and sexual and regal and BO$$. I love the photography and the design, too.
This is artwork, it's not a traditional portrait or a snapshot. Creative photography is bound to manipulate (purposely or otherwise) someone's looks for various reasons. Plus, she's got a lot of makeup on and a headpiece, at an angle with dramatic lighting.
