Yeah I'm not really with her support for him either but I wouldn't say she's taking a "social media beating". The song is holding well on the sales/streaming charts, it helps her get in a little with the younger crowd who is more into him I guess? Idk. Regardless, she's going to take a beating for whatever she does on social media because that's just kind of where we are at right now so she just needs to ignore it, NOT address it, and keep doing her.

Is it weird that I can't get mad at her for the way she behaves online? No matter how many fans she blocks from her social media or how much of a bitch she is to people behind the scenes, I kind of live for that because that's exactly the kind of vibe I get from her so I'm not surprised or even disappointed. I know I'll buy the album the moment it drops no matter what she says or does because I still enjoy the music. Even with 6ix9ine or even XXXTentacion, I know they have/had a bunch of things that qualify them as 'horrible' human beings and I sure as hell wouldn't want to have them in my everyday life, but I'm pretty immune to such stuff when it comes to enjoying music. Afterall, I can still find a non-legal way to listen to their stuff and have them not profit from me so I guess I'm still not directly supporting them, right? Now I know why ATRL is down for the past hour. |
