I've heard this song on the radio many times over the last few or two and I have no clue what the song artist/title is.
The line "Run to you" is repeated many times, and it's not the song by Novaspace.
It has a very nice trancy beat to it. Anyone know the track I'm thinking of?

Lab "Stay This Time" maybe? That has the lyrics "Run Run Run To Me" repeated over and over again.
