One of my favorite artists from the 90's, and should have been a bigger star. (I think he was too country, even for that era. His voice was very nasally). I credit my cousin for getting me hooked on Tippin and Sammy Kershaw.
Top 1. How's The Radio Know - great album track, should have been a single 2. Cold Chill - greatest hits album cut. Stone-cold country cry in your beer song. 3. A Door - another collections album cut. Great song 4. Mission From Hank 5. She's Got A Way Of Making Me Forget 6. My Blue Angel 7. I Was Born With A Broken Heart 8. I'm Leaving 9. Her 10. You've Got To Stand For Something 11. I Promised You The World 12. God's Not Through With Me Yet - yes the 2015 single. Great song, classic Aaron
Bottom 1. Kiss This 2. Where The Stars and Stripes and the Eagle Fly (ditto on the boring. BUT, this song is great in concert, where he whips out the Red/White/blue guitar and talks about the troops. I do appreciate it, just not among my favorites) 3. Without Your Love

- just curious, why do you like "ten pound hammer" so much? When I was 18, I began collecting albums regularly. One of the first ones I found was Aaron Tippin's "Tool Box", which had recently resurfaced in my mind after hearing "That's as Close as I'll Get to Loving You" on WATZ. It was also the time that I was starting to pay attention to the songwriting and producing names behind some of my favorite songs. "The Talkin' Song Repair Blues" by Alan Jackson was a hit at the time, and Bob Kingsley kept name-dropping Dennis Linde, driving me to find out if Dennis had written any other songs that I liked -- and boy, did he ever. "Queen of My Double Wide Trailer", "Goodbye Earl", "Bubba Shot the Jukebox", "John Deere Green", "What'll You Do About Me", etc. And "Ten Pound Hammer", being the first on "Tool Box" and a Dennis Linde song, hooked me in instantly. When I signed up for a Wikipedia account in late 2005, I used "Ten Pound Hammer" as my username, and it's mostly stuck ever since. The song has thus stuck with me, not only as my main identity, but also as a representation of the moment I truly began honing my musical knowledge.

He has so many songs I like I'm not even going to attempt a ranking. It's been a while since I listened to him regularly, and I haven't listened to all of his albums, so I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff.
Also, so glad to see another one of these threads. It would be awesome if we could start doing them regularly again.
TOP A Real Nice Problem to Have The Call of the Wild (guilty pleasure) Cold Grey Kentucky Morning How's the Radio Now I Got It Honest I Was Born With A Broken Heart I Wonder How Far It Is Over You The Man That Came Between Us (Was Me) My Blue Angel Ten Pound Hammer That's as Close as I'll Get to Lovin' You There Ain't Nothin' Wrong with the Radio The Sound of Your Goodbye (Sticks and Stones) Where the Stars and Stripes and the Eagle Fly (not my favorite, but if I had to pick a post-9/11 patriotic mega-hit, this would probably be it) Whole Lotta Love on the Line You've Got to Stand For Something
