Without a doubt the best voice is Keith Whitley. He would've been a superstar if he were still living today. I believe right up there with George Strait as far as hits as well.

Yeah, I definitely agree that Keith Whitley is one of the greatest ever. In terms of throwing every ounce of one's soul into a country song, he's extremely difficult to match.

I'm sitting here listening to this weeks ACC Rewind and Clay Davidson comes on singing his top 10 hit "Unconditional". Man! What a voice this guy had! I still own his only album. He had an awesome voice and it's a shame he didn't make it any bigger!
