107.5 FM in Memphis flipped from AAA to Pop (WHBQ) sometime while I was in Missouri, on the mend, but it's not listed as an R&R pop station. Why not?

Good question. The station had a rating in the 1s when it changed but now has a rating in the 2s. Another Tennessee CHR-Pop station, WQZQ Nashville, could also be monitored.

It has something to maintaining a certain amount of ratings over a period of time. Once the new stations meet the criteria, then they can be monitored.
