Eminem - My Name Is (#36) Also Space Bound from Eminem, which reached #19 on BU. I was shocked looking back and seeing that it didn't chart, even with the controversial video. Guess it wasn't as impactful as I thought.

Britney Spears - I'm A Slave 4 U (27) I was JUST wondering if there was a thread about this because my friend and I were both shocked when what's arguably Britney's most iconic single was omitted from her "20 biggest hits" list on Billboard. Color me shocked!

P!nk's "U + Ur Hand". I thought that song was a #1 when I was a kid, considering how massively overplayed it was. Learned later on it "only" peaked at #9. "Who Knew" also felt like a Top 5 song, but again, peaked at #9.
All the Kelly Clarkson Breakaway singles felt WAY bigger than their peaks. Since U Been Gone peaked at #2, even though it felt like a ~7 week #1. "Because of You" was MASSIVE the year after, but only peaked at 7, which surprised me. That also felt like a #1.
I'm also kind of surprised "Baby" by Justin Bieber wasn't a #1. It's horrible, don't get me wrong, but I feel like this song is still his most impactful, even more than his actual #1 singles. It was a pop culture phenomenon for all the wrong reasons.
Hot n Cold by Katy Perry (which ended up outselling most of her #1 singles) peaked at #3, but again, felt bigger.
And then, like everyone else has said, Britney Spears's 2000's singles' peaks do not reflect their actual popularity at all.

Sia's "Chandelier". Seriously, THIS only peaked at #8?!?! I thought that it was actually her first #1, or at least went Top 3, but then I checked Wikipedia and I was dead wrong.

Baha Men - Who Let The Dogs Out (40) Daft Punk - One More Time (61)
I couldn't believe those songs peaked that low. I remember them being everywhere. For the longest time, I'd just assumed that Who Let The Dogs Out was some 12 week #1, not just barely peaking in the top 40. Hell, these two songs are probably more remembered now that a lot of the big hits at the time.

Girl On Fire (#11) for sure. Song was everywhere for forever it seemed like, and yet not even top 10 on H100! And nowadays if you go ask random people to name an Alicia Keys song 9 out of every 10 would probably say Girl On Fire over one of her #1 smashes.
And while I'm on #11 peakers, gonna have to mention Whip My Hair as well. While it's all but forgotten today, the song made a bigger impact in its day than a lot of #1's of the year.

Daya - "Sit Still, Look Pretty" (#28)
This easily feels big enough to be a top 20 hit. If I had to give a specific position, #13.

If we're gonna do Gwen Stefani, What You Waiting certainly seemed a bigger hit than it's #47 peak.
Also, The Sweet Escape peaking at #2, behind Akon's Don't Matter, which I don't even know.
