A song that likes to come back and once again on repeat
"Lipstick" Runaway June
The production is flawless the harmonies are perfect and I also love how the female singer says the title phrase at 2:52 on the music video (seriously am I the only one who notices a difference)

Lori McKenna - "The Luxury of Knowing" this song is a grower and one you have to listen to more than a couple of times...it just hits you in the feels. God yes I love how the lyrics just hit you so hard once you really get it. I wish Keith Urban had released it as a single as it's in my top 5 songs from him. Lori's version actually works better for me if only because her voice works a bit better for the subject I think but both are amazing versions. For me right now I have "Love Triangle" on repeat I can't get enough of it!

Lori McKenna - "Humble & Kind"
Wish I had discovered her before The Bird & The Rifle, but I also think we sometimes discover certain artists/music at just the right time in our lives.

I'm a little jealous of you getting to hear all her wonderful writing and singing for the first time! I own her entire discography now and I love every single album!

Although around the time Little Big Town had "Sober" out as a single I went to one of their shows and they mentioned that she was sitting in the audience. I looked everywhere to try to meet her but no luck lol

^ The Bird & The Rifle is too my introduction to Lori. Can't wait to explore her discography. I think my favourite Lori song is That's How You Know from Lorraine. It's such a well-written song about moving on after someone close to you has passed. Just try to listen without crying.
