It's a Calvin Harris single, it's definitely getting a music video.

And there's no rush.  The song is doing great so far without it - let it grow some more.  A video release around or sometimes after Memorial Day would be fine by me.

I believe it has. I read it somewhere a while ago, I believe when the song came out, that Calvin said he was not video but he managed to get Rih in it, or something like that.

I also read that a while ago, but I don't think it's true. I mean, it was mentioned that Calvin says that when he was interviewed by Nick Grimshaw on BBC Radio 1 during the first play of the track last month and I couldn't catch where he specifically says this. That said, this interview was uploaded on BBC Radio 1's YouTube channel and you could watch it here. There's a possibility that I missed that part, but I don't think so.

As a side note, there's another chance that it wasn't there and he mentioned in another interview. However, as far as I remember, he only did one for KISS FM (UK) (link) and another for On Air With Ryan Seacrest (link / link) and he didn't say that in both of them. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I don't think so. The Dance updates tend to be weird and I guess it's because of the panel size, which is still low. Aside of that, it should be considered that the song has been climbing really fast there.

As you mentioned, next week or the following one seems the best for me too.

The good thing of this is that Calvin confirmed that the video has been shot because I don't think he's going to tweet that and implies that one will be filming. If it's taken into consideration the former, I assume his team (and maybe Rihanna's as well?) is looking for a good timing, but I hope they don't decide to wait until Drake drops the music video for "One Dance".
