I like 3 of the songs which is par for the course on a Blake record.
One Night Girl - Love the production and his vocals. Would want this to be a single
Doing It To Country Songs - I usually roll my eyes at Blake's attempts at humor but The Oaks are undeniable on this. I became a fan of country music at age 3 because of Elvira so their harmonies are so nostalgic. They sound fantastic and the song is a jam.
Savior's Shadow - Heard this one early and like I said before Christian music for the most part is not my cup of tea. But Blake did a great job.

I hope Blake Shelton comes out on top on both charts. Will be his third double #1 album on country and top 200 charts following Red River Blue and Bringing Back The Sunshine.

This album wasn't terrible. Better than the last one for sure. Still kind of bland for my tastes, but there were a few good songs. "Savior's Shadow" is a highlight, and "She's Got a Way With Words" is one of the best on here. My last favorite song on here was "Bet You Still Think About Me", that was good too. The rest kind of blended together, except I didn't like "Straight Outta Cold Beer" and "Friends".

This is actually a decent album. I was very pleasantly surprised by it. He's got a few options if he/the label want to release 4-6 singles. I imagine that the Gwen duet (which I actually really like) will see a release. I would also expect "Straight Outta Cold Beer" (though I don't love that one) to get released. On top of those, a number of the uptempo tracks could work on the radio. He could also go completely left field and release "Savior's Shadow", though that would surprise me.
The sales are also really good. It's pretty rare these days to see an established artist sell significantly more with their new studio album vs. their previous in opening weeks, and now we're seeing that with both Blake and Dierks. That has to be some sort of good news for album sales in 2016.

I thought "Straight Outta Cold Beet" was gonna be the next Blake single based on some early XM Highway spins. I guess it's now going to be "A Guy With A Girl". Any reason for the change, assuming that there was a change?

I agree with their choice of an up tempo song after having two mid tempo songs to start the album. I like the single choice as well. I never was a fan of "Straight Outta Cold Beer" but I was actually hoping for "Green" to be next.
