I heard this on MusicChoice via digital cable this afternoon... sounds very reminiscent of "Days Go By" by Dirty Vegas! I heard the original online, it sounds nothing like the Silicone Soul remix... and pales in comparison.
Oddly, there appears to be a Silicone Soul "remix dub"... I don't see a vocal version. Anyone know if a vocal club mix or Silicone Soul radio edit of this exists?

The remixes of this tune that I liked the best were done by Sander Kleinenberg. They were simply beautiful, I thought.
If you ever get the chance to see the video, it's very cool.

Ok I did a little research and seem to have the "411" on this.
The actual remix of this by Silicon Soul is actually a dub track, with some minimal vocals that were done by Erland Oye for Royksopp (evidently they work together often). The version I heard on Music Choice comes from Erland's new mix CD called "DJ Kicks"... on many of the tracks he mixes on this mix CD, he actually adds in a lot of his own vocals. In this case, he took the lyrics from "There Is A Light That Never Goes Out" by The Smiths and sang them over the top of the track. Nifty. This seems to be the version that I heard on Music Choice.
