Does anyone remember a disco song from around 1980 called "Dream Express"? Not by the group Dream Express, but with the title "Dream Express." Classic disco beat in the "Disco Inferno" groove with the title repeating over and over in the chorus.
If anyone can give me the group name and possibly where I could find it, I'd really appreciate it.
It was a favorite at "Earthquake Ethel's" in Beaverton, Oregon, so it probably was on a 12". It brings back memories of that time, and I'd like to be able to play it when I'm in that mood.

There was a song with this title that charted on Billboard's disco chart in late 1976 by a group called The Honeybees. I don't know the song personally, but it might be it.

I also did some looking again (I haven't looked in a year or so) and found that Dream Express actually did a song called "Dream Express," and I found songs by Lady Rose and the Honeybees that you mentioned. Now I need to take a chance on some 12" singles or try to find an mp3 or other sample to listen. ~ Jim
