That isn't a counter in that icefire9 didn't say otherwise to your point. You are making separate points. icefire9 was saying there is more longevity on the charts because streaming has led to songs hanging around. That in and of itself is true in that streaming has shown people listen to popular songs for a long time. That doesn't mean icefire9 does or doesn't like streaming, and in that post icefire9 certainly didn't make a claim as to whether streaming measures popularity or not.

Depends on how much it was able to sell in those first few days and how well its streaming holds up. Currently, its ahead of CT on Spotify. Airplay may be the saving grace to keep CT on top. It's a bit too early to make a precise prediction, but it's going to be a nice battle between the two for the week.
