Wayment. "Cold Water" doesn't sample "Story of My Life" by One Direction? I hear zero similarity between the two songs.

Send My Love now fits very nicely in the 8-12 club with Chandelier, Cake by the Ocean, and Boom Clap.
I don't know why that little quirky commonality sticks with me.

But they're not officially labeling it as a music video...Then again, that's what all the publications are saying it is, so who knows?

That actually came out on Friday. Apparently there is supposed to be a second video coming soon as well, and I'm assuming the second one will include Bieber.

Even if the "official" video for Cold Water comes out this week or next and is huge, won't it still be very hard for it to be no. 1, because Closer still has a huge points advantage, with more than double CW's sales and twice its streaming?

The video would need to be a viral sensation for it to overtake Closer's 25-30k point lead. That's a tall order, even for Bieber. Maybe Adele or Drake could do it, but I have yet to see a Bieber video memed to hell and back like with Hello and Hotline Bling (which would've probably been a HUGE boost in points had Drake's team not screwed it up).

Well BAAB broke a 24-hour record, did it not? It would just need a really big first week to get that one week at #1. After that, it can fall back down and fade away.

Even during release week, it only got a little more than half of Gangnam Style's views from that week. Its biggest day is around 8 million, which again is a lot less than the 14 million or so that was Gangnam Style's peak.

Link to this week's full Hot 100 (still can't access it from the website): www.billboard.com/charts/hot-100/2016-09-24In The Name Of Love climbed 1 spot (57-56) while Starving climbed 10 (49-39). Hymn For The Weekend also only climbed 1 spot (27-26)... I really hope it finally manages to reach the top 20. Unsteady jumped 42-29. Peter Pan rises 43-35, Vice rises 68-54... Thankfully Mama Said collapses 36-42. Hold Up is back at 69. Childs Play back at 77. Scars To Your Beautiful rises 95-79. Fade debuts at 98. Oh and Tiimmy Turner rebounds 41-34.

It's Tuesday morning 9am EST and Billboard still does not have the new charts up at Billboard.biz.
Something is going on at Billboard. Too few employees, too many charts to update.
They don't have any of the new August RIAA certs on their charts.

Thankfully Mama Said collapses 36-42. Well that's strange. Even with it being after VMAs, it hasn't even lost alot at all

Did anyone else notice that #WHERESTHELOVE isn't on any of the charts it theoretically should be? My only guess has something to do with it being a remake of Where Is the Love, but it's not even on Digital Songs, which it should be since there's no recurrency period there.

A late reply but on en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Where_Is_the_Love%3F#2016_version it says it was at #39 on DS (didn't sell enough to be in the Top 25) and at #20 on Pop DS.
