Greatest chart performance of all time? Doubtful. Can't see it spending 7 more weeks at #1 either but anythings possible. The video will help it for a week and a half then it'll go back to normal then start dropping. well they were talking about the the top 100 songs in billboard history the hother 100 record. No one's reply talking about it until it gets at least 13 weeks, which isn't insane. Also the music video is gonna be a pretty big bump on streaming. The thing The Weekend is barEly doing better on with a MV and audio. So it should help a bit more than a week. The biggest ever charting song is the twist-chubby checker, it charted twice so it would be hard to beat. I even doubt that it will outchart uptown funk, but anything could happen

You were 100% right that don't wanna know rebounded, but why did it slip in the first place? Can you please explain the eight day fall(is it something like the third week rebound?)

Loving how slowly Cheap Thrills is falling.
"Closer" has overstayed its welcome. It's time for a new #1.

Collage EP is coming out on November 4th and "Closer" is in it. This will definitely have impact on Closer's streaming.

Predictions: Rank | Song | Sales | Airplay | Streams | Points | 1 | Closer | 100 | 150 | 32.0 | 51,500 | 2 | Starboy | 85 | 115 | 26.0 | 41,600 | 3 | Heathens | 70 | 135 | 17.0 | 34,400 | 4 | Let Me Love You | 40 | 115 | 14.0 | 26,800 | 5 | Broccoli | 45 | 50 | 19.0 | 25,300 | 6 | 24K Magic | 70 | 85 | 10.5 | 24,200 | 7 | Cold Water | 20 | 95 | 14.5 | 23,200 | 8/9 | Side To Side | 50 | 50 | 15.0 | 22,500 | 8/9 | Don't Wanna Know | 90 | 45 | 10.0 | 22,100 | 10 | Treat You Better | 15 | 110 | 10.0 | 20,400 | 11/12 | Cheap Thrills
| 20 | 110 | 8.0 | 19,300 | 11/12 | I Hate U, I Love U | 50 | 60 | 10.0 | 19,300 | 13 | Juju On Dat Beat | 40 | 0 | 17.0 | 18,400 |
Notes: - Pretty spaced out at the top this week; 24K Magic fell too much in streaming to remain in the top 5.
- Don't Wanna Know should be at #9, but could reach 8 if I underestimated its streaming which didn't seem too great.
- Cheap Thrills and i hate u, i love u will be very close to each other for that #11 spot although without rounding Cheap Thrills had a 300 point lead.
- Juju On Dat Beat should not be in the top 10 this week since its streams haven't improved too much from last week and its sales have fallen a bit. But of course, we could see some obscure viral video that pushes it there lol.

Holy fucking hell if "Treat You Better" is actually in the top 10 with sales THAT low, it's gotta be the lowest sales figure for a top 10 Hot 100 hit in a LONG time.

The craziest thing about the Closer domination is the fact that it has nearly a 10000 point lead over the next frontrunner for number one in its TENTH week. And over double that of 24k. And that's all without the MV and album. Unless there's some unexpected massive boost of 24k, Starboy or Dont Wanna Know in the coming weeks, 13 weeks is pretty free. 10 weeks on monday, 11 weeks after the MV, 12 weeks is the only close week and 13 will have the album.

Just no meltdown, if the 24K magical record held by Mariah fails to be toppled I love Closer but not nearly as much as I loved UF, so I'm pretty indifferent to whether or not it breaks the record. Also I love Starboy as much as (if not more than) Closer so I'm hoping Starboy doesn't end up peaking at #2 as a result (though it looks like it will)

Yeah... HB is one of my fave Drake songs and I recall it was so popular at my school that week that my Geography teacher showed the video in class (since we were learning about pop culture lol)... Though The Hills is the one that truly blocked HB one year ago since this was the week Drake screwed up and the remixes for Hills were released, I'm actually more pissed at Hello for blocking it since its debut at #1 started a whole streak of #1s that I don't like until CSTF... though I shouldn't really blame it on Hello lol (Panda grew on me after it hit #1). But still, Hello and Sorry will always be guilty for screwing up the streak of #1s since Rude I really enjoy lol

If Closer has a slow fall on radio like DLMD did plus the new video & EP coming, it could get many more weeks at #1 easily.
