I took a couple of big hits with that reveal. What I'm seeing is that peeps think the wrong songs were released as singles?

Brand New's Science Fiction wins the poll for the album to rank next with 7 votes. In 2nd place is a tie with Creeper, Mastodon, The National, Royal Blood and Weezer, with 5 votes each. Getting only 1 vote each, the Chelsea Wolfe and Enter Shikari albums are eliminated. Because no album suggestion got more than 3 votes again, we got more albums to enter/re-enter the current albums ballot, from Converge, Fleet Foxes, The Killers, Leprous, Nickelback, Slowdive and Wolf Alice. Because the last catalog rankdown's results was a tie and the other album to rank was shelved since we ranked an album of theirs earlier, we will be ranking that next album, Linkin Park's Meteora, after this. Therefore, there will be NO poll for what catalog album to rank next, so only provide your suggestions on what catalog album to put in the next catalog ballot (rankdown number #24). Weezer's White Album also transits to catalog status as it failed to win the last ballot. Here's what's in the catalog ballot, so do NOT, I repeat, do NOT suggest them in your form. {Albums already in the ballot}Arcade Fire - Funeral The Beatles - Abbey Road Brand New - The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me The Cars - Candy-O Deftones - White Pony Foo Fighters - The Color and the Shape Green Day - Dookie Incubus - Morning View The Killers - Hot Fuss Lorde - Pure Heroine Metallica - Master of Puppets Nirvana - Nevermind Pearl Jam - Ten Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon Queens of the Stone Age - ...Like Clockwork Queens of the Stone Age - Songs for the Deaf Rage Against the Machine - Rage Against the Machine Red Hot Chili Peppers - Californication Rise Against - The Sufferer and the Witness Soundgarden - Superunknown Sublime - Sublime System of a Down - Toxicity Tame Impala - Lonerism Tool - Lateralus Weezer - Weezer (Blue Album) Weezer - Weezer (White Album) Album Rankdown #19: Brand New - Science Fiction

Chelsea Wolfe is coming right back in. After the Catalog suggestions. This one is going to be tough for two reasons. The first is that it's a really good album, so ranking these songs will be difficult just based on quality alone. The second is that I really haven't come back to this album after the news about Jesse Lacey broke. I'm going to send in a ranking, but I'm not really looking forward to it.

Glad the best song on the album won, though I'm a bit disappointed that Hallelujah made top 3. I've been wanting to check out Science Fiction since its release, so that gives me a good excuse to listen to it.

Okay since I actually have been wanting to listen to this, I will try my super hardest to do this.
Also great top two for Death of a Bachelor. I wasn't expecting "Emperor's New Clothes" to win, but it's cool that it did.

My #1 was one point away from the top.. damn.
As for Science Fiction, this is a monumental album that was critically acclaimed for a reason. I hope you first-listeners love it, it completely blew me away on first listen and it would have even if it wasn't by Brand New. If you guys like this one, you have to check out The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me because that one's even better

All jokes aside this is one of my favorite albums of the 2010s definitely a Grade A Album. And yeah TDAGARIM is in my top 15 albums ever it’s that damn good.

I didn't really care for that Panic! At The disco #1 song. That percussion reminded of some House Of Pain song. Not the 80's Hair Metal ballad from Faster Pussycat, but that "Jump Around" bull. It's very un- Panic! At The Disco. L.A. Devotee, on the other hand is a great song.
On another note. I don't know of the this Brand New band, so far all I hear about online is their naughty antics. I don't really care about that, but I just hope the music is good?

I have every single Brand New song ranked, so this one was fairly quick for me.

These guys are not too terrible. I bit too slow for my heartbeat rate, and I think they screw up a lot of good songs with terrible endings, but I dig their harder guitar jams, and they have a great vocalist. BTW, "No Control" should be a single. It has a slight 15%,Nirvana vibe, but it's melodic as fuck.

It took me three listens to really appreciate this album. I didn't understand all the hype originally, but yeah certain songs really lure you in lyrically.

Lordef†ones , you submitted not one, but two ineligible albums, you forgot to look at the list of albums in the ballot (this is in the original post for this album), as White Pony and Like Clockwork are still in the ballot. You also broke the no more than 1 album per artist suggestion by submitting more than 1 Deftones album, but I'll let that slide. No one suggested Koi No Yokan, anyway.
