I think there is a special version of GMA on the weekends, but its not nearly as highly profile as the weekday version + I don't remember any notable guests going on the weekend edition.

Target would file bankruptcy! Anyone know if she still has a deal with them or if she struck something with Apple Music? While the physical component played a huge part for her last past releases, will it still be a big part of strategy now? Question, does anyone know the actual purpose of deleting everything (other than the aforementioned being dramatic)? I understand removing old profile pics or signatures that mention the old era, or removing/hiding pages on your official website as you transition from old to new promo, but I can't figure out the purpose of gutting entire social media accounts. If this was something she does with every era then at least we could say she's being consistent but I don't think she ever has before? IDK, it doesn't matter - she accomplished what she wanted, getting all her fans hype - I just don't get the extremity of the move.

Maybe it’s signaling that she’s coming back with a sound/persona completely different than from before? Who knows though.

It's a fresh start, an opportunity to start over with no prejudice. Many people do it. I've done it too on social media. Sometimes you just need to do it in order to move forward after you went through a difficult time. On social medias you're constantly reminded of your past. Deleting everything sure helped me a ton. It's a new era. A new chapter. Perhaps even a new Taylor.

I assumed that all of the stuff would return once the song comes out. I imagine she could ask the companies to do this, like when Katy got the Dark Horse video replaced without losing views, likes, comments, the date of upload, etc

Ed Sheeran only dropped a picture with the blue tone he's used for the ÷ era and that got the hype-train started well enough and he's no Taylor Swift.

Single is hopefully coming out next Friday at least. I'm really curious about what's gonna be her theme or direction for this era.
