My favorite Janet baby making song and actually the most memorable for personal reasons. This was definitely an album highlight on 20 YO and my favorite track on the album. You could feel JJ&TL collaboration on this track, heavily.
And I know you can't be here that usually don't faze me I need you tonight boy it's driving me crazy Yearning inside with this burning desire I want it, I want it, but I just can't get it from you, oh..

One of Janet's best '00s sex songs. I remember listening to 20 YO for the first time and thinking that it was extremely underwhelming (I learned to love that album though), with the exception of this song that sounded like a Janet Jackson classic right away. Maybe because, as you say, JD's grabby paws were kept off this track. Such a soothing, sexy and smooth jam...bliss!

Such a lovely track! So sensual - it competes with The Sex Suite on All For You.
However, it's very telling that my favorite songs from 20 Y.O. are the last four, which have no involvement from JD.

The second half of 20 Y.O. is definitely much stronger than the first half. This is one of my favorites from the album.

Easily her best sex jam post VR. Classic Janet/TL/JJ.

I have never been a big fan of her slow "sex" songs. This one has a sweetness about it. It sounds like it could been from a prior album. I like it.

Definitely a highlight from that album. Had that classic Janet sound.

Out of all her albums, 20 YO is the one that comes out to a far less whole than the sum of its parts. This is probably what I consider to be the major highlight these days.

This didn't make an impression on me upon release, perhaps because of the messy album, but listening to it on its own now...I like it a lot. It could easily grow to love.
