This was the 2nd single from her debut album "Plantation Lullabies" it was released in late 1993 (shortly after the album) and charted in early 1994. It was nominated for 2 Grammys in 1995 (Best R&B Song and Best R&B Female Performance)
This is her highest charting solo single to date and her only (solo) song to hit the The Hot 100.
This peaked at #73 on the Hot 100 and at #23 on R&B.
I absolutely love the production and overall groove on this. She is severely underrated

I love this. Andre Betts did a great job on the production. The lyrics are so witty and suggestive and so "no fucks given".
