if Fall To Pieces is even anywhere outside the top 10, I'm getting my admin pass back and banning the whole lot of you. Please god, let me join you. 'Fall To Pieces' is THE best song on 'Under My Skin' IMO. Fucking preach guys. Under My Skin should have gone: 1. He Wasn't (Spring) 2. My Happy Ending (Summer) 3. Fall To Pieces (Fall) 4. Together (Winter) 5. Nobody's Home (Spring)

I had Mobile and Take Me Away in flux around #20. Both are songs I heard for the first time for this rank down. Take Me Away kept growing on me with every listen so it ended up in my Top 15, whereas Mobile plateaued. Definitely sad about TMA as it's the best discovery of a song for me for this rank down But seriously where is Let Me Go?!! >:(

H.M.. Runaway Such an awesome song. I was way into Avril Lavigne during this period.
23. Alice Not a bad song, but she has so many great ones; that I just couldn't put this any higher.
22. Take Me Away The important thing ,you all have to take into account, is; that I pretty much ,love all the songs in my top 20. This one rocks, but she has so many that rocked. This was a hard rankdown to do.
21. Mobile Just lost another top 10. So many of us put it in the top 10. Great taste in music.

19 of my top 20 still in :) Come slay with me Though my last bottom 10 will probably be gone before we hit Top 10 territory. "Alice" - LOL bye "Take Me Away" - Mmmmmmmm, nope. Never was all that impressed with it. "Mobile" - Co-sign with the WTF? @ it yielding such a polarizing response. It's pretty good, but the problem with ranking it for me was that most of her singles that everyone knows are Just. That. Damn. Good. That they ended up taking all the upper half. Thus, why this only ended up at #19 on my list. Still, it ended up the highest among the songs that not everyone knows were singles, so...that's something, I guess? (Still, as an example, had "Tomorrow" from this album been eligible, that would certainly have landed in my Top 10.) Oh and at this point it marked my first Top 20 loss. LOL, surprises? What surprises? No surprises at all that I can see. I guess maybe that I continue to dodge a big loss bullet so far, maybe? (Watch that come at #20. )

Mobile definitely deserved to be Top 20, but hard to know instead of which song. Perhaps GYWYL, which I suspect will be out sooner rather than later.

I can't believe "Mobile" lost out on the Top 20 to "Hot." I'd rather eat tripe than listen to "Hot" ever again.

20. HotAVG: 17.94285714 MED: 18 STD: 7.19044651 FINAL SCORE: 12.81274389
Album: The Best Damn Thing Songwriters: Avril Lavigne, Evan Taubenfeld Producers: Dr. Luke"Hot" is the third (or fourth) single from Avril's third album, The Best Damn Thing. The track is likely one of Avril's sexiest lyrically, as it talks about a guy that gets her "hot" (wink, wink). The track has received generally positive reviews from critics, praising its old-style vibe and anthematic nature. Unfortunately, the track was not a smash hit, peaking at number 95 on the Hot 100 for only one week. It also peaked at number 30 in the UK. It did manage to go top twenty in several countries, however, including Ireland, Austria, the Netherlands, Australia, and Hungary. It also made its way into the top ten of Turkey, Canada, and the Czech Republic. The track received a nice video directed by Matthew Rolston, which was shot at the Beacon in Jersey City. Avril heavily promoted this song with live televised performances during the 2007 MTV Europe Music Awards, the 2007 World Music Awards, the American Music Awards of 2007, Dancing with the Stars (one of her best performances), Canadian Idol, and Friday Night Project. #03 Kanenrá:ke#04 Libra#06 aerodynamite#07 Az Paynter#09 @quirkyfarang #11 Choco#11 Leaf#12 †ealsünset#14 born#14 Juanca#14 Au$tin#16 ry4n#16 rgreen0625#17 austin#17 CF15#17 nick64#17 toomuchboy#18 zaclord 🌈#19 🅳🅸🆂🅲🅾#19 @mirza #20 Leo ✔#20 Rose "Payola" Nylund#21 alexcuse#21 .indulgecountry#22 Doc Indie Party Rock#22 YotamTS#24 Normi#25 castleoblivion26#25 Sambalada#25 @walker9 #26 Snowbeast#27 bboat11#29 james518#30 bat1990#30 Juan Carlos{Songs Remaining}Complicated Don't Tell Me Fall to Pieces Girlfriend Give You What You Like Here's to Never Growing Up I'm with You Innocence Keep Holding On Let Me Go Losing Grip My Happy Ending Nobody's Home Rock N Roll Sk8er Boi Smile What the Hell When You're Gone Wish You Were Here

Album: The Best Damn Thing Songwriters: Avril Lavigne, Evan Taubenfeld Producers: Rob Cavallo"Innocence" was the final promotional single from The Best Damn Thing. The track was released to Italy and Canada and even managed to peak at number 59 in Canada! The Italian version of MTV even created their own music video for the song (posted above) just so they could play the song on their station. The track is a haunting ballad about appreciating the small things in life when you take the time to slow down and absorb it all. Many fans believe it should have been a single from the album over "The Best Damn Thing." ("Innocence," "The Best Damn Thing," and "Runaway" were actually all in the running to be the album's fourth/fifth single.) Clearly you all agree as "Innocence" placed 11 spots higher than "The Best Damn Thing" (and "Runaway" placed at #5 on the album cuts list). #04 Normi#05 @walker9 #06 born#10 Sambalada#10 Leo ✔#10 Kanenrá:ke#11 CF15#11 Juanca#11 Snowbeast#11 Au$tin#15 @mirza #15 @quirkyfarang #15 Rose "Payola" Nylund#17 Az Paynter#17 🅳🅸🆂🅲🅾#17 ry4n#17 Leaf#18 bboat11#18 nick64#18 .indulgecountry#19 castleoblivion26#19 Choco#19 zaclord 🌈#20 austin#20 rgreen0625#22 alexcuse#22 Libra#23 aerodynamite#23 james518#23 toomuchboy#24 Juan Carlos#24 †ealsünset#25 YotamTS#27 Doc Indie Party Rock#28 bat1990{Songs Remaining}Complicated Don't Tell Me Fall to Pieces Girlfriend Give You What You Like Here's to Never Growing Up I'm with You Keep Holding On Let Me Go Losing Grip My Happy Ending Nobody's Home Rock N Roll Sk8er Boi Smile What the Hell When You're Gone Wish You Were Here

Seven people will lose a top ten rank, with three of them a top five rank. One of those top five is a number one ranking, which I believe marks out second number one loss. Ten people will also lose a bottom ten ranking, with two of them being bottom five. One of those bottom five is a number 30 ranking, making this the second song since "Hello Kitty" to receive both number 30 and number 1 rankings! Despite that, it's actually only the 12th highest standard deviation in the rankdown.

18. Let Me GoAVG: 16.4 MED: 18 STD: 7.146368885 FINAL SCORE: 12.23162391
Album: Avril Lavigne Songwriters: Avril Lavigne, Chad Kroeger, David Hodges Producers: Chad Kroeger, David Hodges"Let Me Go" was the third single from Avril's self-titled fifth album. Believe it or not, being the third single, it was still released before the album was. ( Witness vibes, anyone?) I guess that's prone to happen when the lead single is released seven months before the damn album. This track is a duet with her then husband Chad Kroeger, lead singer of Nickelback. They have since divorced, but remain friends. This piano ballad was described as one of Avril's favorites from the album. The track was actually originally written before the couple's marriage and was about letting someone go, but it was later changed to reflect the budding relationship of the couple. Avril said in a Yahoo! Music interview "After we were together we were both like, 'Okay, we're engaged and our duet together is a breakup song.' It was kind of fucked up. So we changed it. We rewrote the last chorus to put a twist on it so we end up together. Therefore the message of the song is more the journey of love through one's life. Obviously I've been in other relationships. So it's like going from one stage in one love into finding the right one. It's kind of sweet." The track is also produced by David Hodges, an ex-member of Evanescence. The track peaked at number 78 on the Hot 100 and made the top 20 in Brazil and Canada as well as top ten in the Czech Republic, South Korea, and Taiwan (Avril is big in Asia if you couldn't tell already). #01 nick64#03 Az Paynter#04 YotamTS#06 Leo ✔#07 Doc Indie Party Rock#08 †ealsünset#09 bboat11#11 bat1990#11 Juan Carlos#12 Libra#12 @mirza #15 CF15#15 Kanenrá:ke#15 zaclord 🌈#17 .indulgecountry#17 rgreen0625#17 Au$tin#18 alexcuse#18 castleoblivion26#18 james518#18 Leaf#19 toomuchboy#20 aerodynamite#20 🅳🅸🆂🅲🅾#20 Normi#21 Rose "Payola" Nylund#22 @walker9 #23 ry4n#23 Snowbeast#24 Choco#24 Sambalada#24 born#25 Juanca#27 @quirkyfarang #30 austin{Songs Remaining}Complicated Don't Tell Me Fall to Pieces Girlfriend Give You What You Like Here's to Never Growing Up I'm with You Keep Holding On Losing Grip My Happy Ending Nobody's Home Rock N Roll Sk8er Boi Smile What the Hell When You're Gone Wish You Were Here

Damn it! Let It Go deserved a lot better. Wrong rankdown - that animated movie one is coming soon God, this reminded me that "Let Me Go," "Let It Go," and "Let Her Go" were all popular around the same time. Surprisingly, not all three were on the Hot 100 at the same, though. "Let It Go" debuted on the Hot 100 three weeks after "Let Me Go"'s last week on the Hot 100. "Let Her Go" was present during both songs' chart runs, though.
