Monday is Memorial Day in the US, which is traditionally a business holiday that Billboard abides by. Oh ok. It's a shame though, next week is an interesting one. That's the "Bad Liar", "Strip That Down" and "Crying In The Club" debut week. Bad Liar already debuted, so let's replace it with Swish Swish.

Never come to a good conclusion? I think the conclusion is pretty clear. 10+ weeks is not special. Believe it or not, you're not the first person who said that for a million times, and I'm not interested in being the person who had to deal with that for months to no end. A little reminder, just because nobody is interested to join beating the dead horse malevolently with you, doesn't mean you're right. Peace. Only on the internet do you find people complaining about beating a dead horse, while at the same time beating that same horse. Oh wait, I'm dumb. Hypocrisy exists everywhere!

How is that in reference to the post you quoted, though? It actually takes no stance on the topic you presented, but rather presents a completely different topic of discussion: you assuming you're correct simply because no one is wanting to talk about the subject.

Damn I'm happy with Malibu getting top 10 but I'm also annoyed that it blocked Say You Wont Let Go from reaching top 10

Say You Won't Let Go at #11! Does it still have a chance for a top 10 peak? So close Despacito is gonna be a long running #1

Despacito is the first song in 2017 to spend its first two weeks at number one, uninterrupted. It is also the 3rd longest running number one of 2017 after only two weeks.

Wait why did billboard say that having 4 different number ones in a row hasn't been done in years if starboy -> BB -> B&B -> SOY happened in January?

Wait why did billboard say that having 4 different number ones in a row hasn't been done in years if starboy -> BB -> B&B -> SOY happened in January? But that was Black Beatles' 7th week already, they're talking about new consecutive No. 1s.

^ They must mean four NEW and different number ones in a four week period. Black Beatles doesn't count because it wasn't a new number one, having already been at the top for six weeks before Starboy.
Edit: 22 beat me to it!

Any chance you think Black Hole Sun or Like a Stone might chart / re-enter this time? Or next week? Even if it's in like the bottom 10 of the hot 100?

17 weeks? Down might not make the year end Hot 100. Shame. It would be an interesting entry.
Also RIP Shining. I liked it much more than I'm The One.

But Black Hole Sun managed #45 in Digital Songs Sales and several albums in which Chris Cornell was involved with did managed to enter the Billboard 200.

Even if this peaked a bit low for a Bruno lead single, it has had nice longevity. I still prefer this one to "TWIL."

www.yahoo.com/music/chart-watch-harry-styles-makes-impressive-no-1-debut-beats-sam-smiths-record-211615619.htmlChart Watch: Harry Styles Makes Impressive No. 1 Debut, Beats Sam Smith’s Recordby Paul Grein Yahoo Music May 21, 2017 Top SongsMiley Cyrus lands her ninth top 10 hit on the Hot 100 as her soft, pretty folk/pop ballad “Malibu” vaults from No. 64 to No. 10 in its second week. This is Cyrus’s first top 10 hit since “Wrecking Ball” in 2013, which took her to the top tier of pop stardom. It is her only No. 1 hit to date. Cyrus’s top 10 count includes her 2009 hit, “He Could Be The One,” which she recorded under her Hannah Montana alter-ego. All nine of Cyrus’s top 10 hits are solo recordings (no collaborations). Her biggest hit on which she shares billing is Mike Will Made It’s “23,” on which she was featured (along with Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J). That song reached No. 11. Justin Bieber is featured on two of the top three songs for the second week. Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee’s “Despacito” (featuring Bieber) holds at No. 1 in its 18th week. DJ Khaled’s “I’m the One” (featuring Bieber, Quavo, Chance the Rapper, and Lil Wayne) holds at No. 3 in its third week. The song debuted at No. 1 two weeks ago. “Despacito” sold 115K digital copies this week, which puts it at No. 1 on Top Digital Songs for the third week. “I’m the One” name-drops not one, not two, but three former chart-toppers: Kris Kross, Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown. “Despacito” and “I’m the One” also hold down the top two spots on the Official U.K. Singles Chart for the second straight week. Bruno Mars’s “That’s What I Like” holds at No. 2 in its 18th week. The song hit No. 1 two weeks ago. Two other former No. 1 hits appear in this week’s top five. Ed Sheeran’s “Shape of You” holds at No. 4 in its 19th week. Kendrick Lamar’s “Humble.” holds at No. 5 in its seventh week. “Something Just Like This” by The Chainsmokers and Coldplay rebounds from No. 7 to No. 6 in its 13th week. The song has climbed as high as No. 3. The song trades places with Future’s “Mask Off,” which dips from No. 6 to No. 7 in its 13th week. The song has climbed as high as No. 5. Lil Uzi Vert’s “XO TOUR Llif3” holds at No. 8 in its eighth week. This matches its highest ranking to date. “Stay” by Zedd & Alessia Cara holds at No. 9 in its 12th week. The song has climbed as high as No. 7. KYLE’s “iSpy” (featuring Lil Yachty) drops out of the top 10 this week. Soundgarden’s 1994 classic “Black Hole Sun” sold 17K digital copies in the immediate aftermath of Chris Cornell’s death. (He died on May 17. The tracking week ended May 18.) It re-enters Top Digital Songs at No. 45. Look for the song to finally make its first appearance on the Hot 100. It was ineligible to make the chart in 1994 because it wasn’t released as a physical commercial single (as rules in place at the time required).

I am happy that CITC is 2nd most added, but First Time has a bad start, even worse than Iggy Azalea... Sigh, I like the song but it's not a good sign
