This was released in 2010 and reached #1 in New Zealand. I remember seeing the video for this song on TV in 2010 or 2011, encountering this for the first time - I was amazed. The chorus is absolutely stunning, even if the beginning feels a little annoying. Definetely one of the most memorable obscure songs I have ever heard. I am not from New Zealand and I've never followed New Zealand's music charts, that's why besides this song, I don't know the singer.
