Pulse Rankdown - Martina McBride (Results NOW!)

I do know that posting them sooner to one another and not so spread out is something I need to work on next time for sure but anything else? I really hope the whole thing wasn't too much for anyone. I truly enjoyed this. I do have a final recap that I would like to do but I am gonna wait for tomorrow to post that and then I'm gonna open the Kip Moore rankdown sometime this week!

The only minor gripe that I have is that many of the lyrical hints were pretty easy for me. I was glad you stopped doing that around the top 15 or so, because I didn't want anything to be spoiled as we got to the top 10. I have found that trying to jumble as many hints as possible into a sentence makes the sentence sound messy and the hints stick out like a sore thumb. But just posting an occasional hint in a sentence that otherwise makes sense, people might not even realize that they just read a hint! It's all about sneakiness... Lol!

And HECK NO this was not too much!!! Well, at least not for me  :bert:  Lol! I thought this was like the most awesome rankdown of all time!

Edit: Also, I didn't have any complaints about your frequency of posting. You very reliably posted 5-10 every single day until it was done, except for one day this past weekend. It was terrific :)

Also I agree about the frequency of posting. I thought the results were presented a good pace. And you have nothing to worry about because apparently there is this thing called the Dixie Chicks rankdown that exists so...

Not to brag or anything (but maybe just a little), but I placed #1 and #2 perfectly! Looks like I was the only one! This is pretty exciting to me. I should enjoy it, cause it will never happen again.

"Independence Day" deservedly won! Yay! I'm glad my dislike of "A Broken Wing" didn't even really matter in the end because it wasn't going to win anyway.

I think the results of this were very strong and a great representation of Martina's iconic career. I am so happy Wrong Baby Wrong was as high as #7, and that Independence Day and Broken Wing were 1 and 2. Those are her career hits, and deserved to be at the top. I wish Reckless and God's Will swapped places, and then this rankdown would have been honestly PERFECT.

Though I am now going to take a long break from Martina, since throughout the rankdown we literally analyzed every single note she sang on every single line of every single song, even those not a part of a 70 song rank down. LOL.

Great job presenting this, and I look forward to your next rankdown!!

Yeah I figured you would get most hints, that is definitely something I need to work on. I'll continue to try different things going forward as relying on lyrics only really doesn't work. I think in the very beginning it worked a little better instead of the sentences that I did. I didn't think they worked which is why I didn't bother doing it for the Top 15.

I really appreciate everyone really liking this rankdown. I really wanted to do the best job I could and it seems I succeeded so truly appreciate the kind words!
