That performance of Rainbow was incredible! Her vocals, the look, the staging. Great time to perform it too with pride month and everything. I loved it even more than the studio version. So much emotion. This era has been a real treat. I’m loving every second of it.

I love the camerawork at 1:28 when they get the exact lighting colors in frame as she's singing in the lyrics.

I know people love to point out she is not the most gifted vocalist ever but I much prefer a very good interpreter of songs than a belting out mess. This songs deserves a video, even if it is just a mash up of all the performances.

I can't help but tear up every time I listen to this song and watching that performance was no different. What an absolutely beautiful and heartfelt performance. This is why this song is my favorite on the album.

mmmmk wtf why didn't that performance go viral? STUNNING. Perfect. That gorgeous lighting!
She has such a wonderful quality to her voice, really reminds me of Karen Carpenter at times, and especially during that performance.

Also, nobody mentioned this, but Kacey as become a Stonewall Inn Ambassador! How awesome it is to have a country artist actively associated with such a big LGBTQ+ organization...

Kacey and Harry performed "You're Still The One" by Shania Twain during yesterday's concert in NYC

I don't want to step on any toes, but I think Pageant Material is superior in every way to Golden Hour. *rushes away and hides*

To me, “Golden Hour” is far superior. I enjoyed “Pagenant Material”, however I felt it really just sounded like “Same Trailer” Part II (which, granted, I also thouroughly enjoyed). I feel that displaying different / new sides to her artistry this time around paid off with a really, really strong album. It also shows casual fans that she can still put out high quality music of a different style.I for one, sort of viewed her as a one-trick pony up until “Golden Hour”. Additionally, I find the overall sound of “Golden Hour” to be a much more current (and appealing), opposed to her first two albums.

Golden Hour is super front-loaded, but loses steam after "Happy & Sad" (with the exception of "High Horse"). The overall quality of her discography is remarkable though, especially for someone who's only 29.

I don't think she has a weak album in her collection, but I think Golden Hour is her strongest and most cohesive effort, top to bottom. If anything, I think the only place that feels a tad bit slow is "Velvet Elvis" and "Wonder Woman." Beyond that, I don't think anything on this record skips a beat.

I really haven't revisited this since the first couple weeks it was out (happened with Pageant Material also except for Late To The Party, which is a classic) but Space Cowboy and Velvet Elvis have come on shuffle recently and reminded me of her talents.

Golden Hour is easily one of my top 3 albums of all time. It's an incredible record through and through. It's a true testament to the immense talent she yields.
I am dying for a proper solo tour once the Harry Styles one wraps up.

Ughhhh they're going to botch the f**k out of this "High Horse" release, aren't they? TBD, but perhaps not! As per HITS' in-depth interview with Kacey that just came out today ( everyone go read it, it's phenom), Kacey confirms that Capitol Records' Pop team is starting the song's push, with a launch at HAC! (For reference, Kacey's on MCA, which is a subdivision of UMG. Cindy Mabe is one of the big heads at UMG, and she's responsible for so many huge country-pop crossover hits. She was in charge of Carrie Underwood's Some Hearts era. I have lots and lots of hope with this one.)
