As big as ANTI was in sales and streams, it still seems like such a relatively lowkey era even though she had music on the charts pretty constantly. I want a big SPLASH this era.

Everyone has been referring to their fave's upcoming untitled album as #X1,2,3, etc but she was the one who started it with #R8. And now with every pop girl branching onto the makeup world, I wouldn't be surprised if Last-Name Music becomes the new standard. Chicago did that in the 70s and 80s with most of their albums. Even more recently Kylie Minogue did it with her 10th release X in 2007, Nelly had 5.0 in 2010, and of course Beyonce had 4 in 2011. True, and Chris Brown had an album called "X" and Boyz II Men named their second album simply "II". Keelzit was referring to albums before they were titled. For example, we're calling this upcoming album R9 right now. R referring to Rihanna, 9 referring to her ninth album. That's not the actual album's title, that's just what we're referring to it as right now since we don't have a title. |

It's being reported that the NFL approached her to do the Halftime Show at the Super Bowl this upcoming February, and she declined the offer because of the NFL's stance towards Kaepernick & kneeling during the anthem. Good on her. They need her far more than she needs them (...even though I selfishly wish she was doing the show instead of M5).

I’m sad to see Rihanna turn it down because it would be a great show. But I 100% support her decision and I’m glad she is standing up for Kaepernick and the players who kneel.
