“What’s My Name” will live on forever.
The square root of sixty-nine is eight somethin', right? 'Cause I've been tryna work it out, oh

Loud has no skips. Second only to ANTI in her discography for me. Maybe tied with Talk That Talk.

I'm here for the Loud love! It is my absolute favorite Rihanna album and era. I was a STAN during the Loud era (I went to her concert and dyed my hair red). There are so many great memories attached to that album.

Loud is my favorite Rihanna album. I love the vibe it gave off and her red hair is iconic. I just wish it had more songs (11 just isn't enough).

Happy 10th anniversary, “Loud”!!! Can’t believe it’s been 10 years! I am with a lot of you above. It’s my favourite album/era from her. I love the looks she had, the tour, and also “Only Girl” and “What’s My Name” are my two favourite songs from her.
I remember being so excited to walk to the store after work to buy the CD lol

LOUD! Omg. Talk about iconic.
This bitch came back and was like yeah I had an alternative moment, but guess what? I'm about the slay the scene and you won't even know it.
She truly did it all - Loud offers everything from pure pop bops (Only Girl, S&M), AC Ballads (CKB), vaguely rock (Cheers), REGGAE (Man Down), to hip hop (Raining Men and What's My Name). A true showcase of this girl's talents, PLURAL, that span genres and have established her as one of the most iconic acts to emerge this millennium.

Am I the only one who still loves the 1,2,3 punch of Sell Me Candy, Lemme Get That and Rehab on GGGB?

Her best in my eyes! The nostalgia is so real Where Have You Been, We Found Love, Drunk On Love, Farewell and Fool In Love are among her best songs to date It's her most cohesive as well imo (Anti being a close second)

Solid album. I always thought "Drunk On Love" would've made a good final single.

Wow, it only hit #3? I always forget she's only had two #1 albums -- which is a weird thing because it's motherfucking Rihanna.

She kinda always had bad timing with her albums. Her debut week numbers would always been around 200K which most weeks would land you the #1 album but when you release in November AKA the most usual time for people to drop their albums you'll have stiff competition. And that was just the case with her.

And that was just the case with her. But then one can argue her debut totals would have been lower if she didn't release in November since totals are higher in Nov/Dec. So, no update on the video (or whatever) she filmed a few weeks ago?

I personally never had a problem with her openings, they've been pretty consistent. Plus, her albums end up staying on the charts for a good min, so it's always a win win.

She usually released on the busiest week of the year. The actual sales numbers were always fine.
I remember being surprised when Rated R pulled in healthy numbers in spite of a rocky start to the era stateside. And early on in her career she was considered a singles artist mostly (ANTI is probably the first time I'd say the album managed to get as much attention as the singles, in part because of the streaming era).

Everything just worked for Rated R. After that unfortunate incident, she bounced back HARD.

Rated R is a good album. I just love the dark sounds and aggression she displays on the album. It's not my favorite Rihanna album but it's up there.
