I don't wanna be greedy but if she didn't take so long with ANTI and now R9, she would probably be much higher on most lists. I know, I'm greedy, but imagine the amazing stats she could get if she had done another album or two by now.
When she hit #1 with "Diamonds" I really thought she was gonna overtake Mariah with ease in terms of #1 hits. Now? I still think she has a nice shot but it's more of a toss-up, specially with regards to the frequency of her music releases.

There has been no other artist since Madonna to dominate on such a Global hitmaking scale. They’re the only two artists to see 100+ #1 singles around the world. In the U.S, she’s already the 10th biggest Hitmaker overall (Hot 100-All Time) and the 5th biggest Female Hitmaker, and she’s still so young. As per Chartmasters: “Barbadian superstar Rihanna has been the ultimate hit machine since she began her career in the mid 2000s.
