The Final Two and the Jury have been determined. Both members of the Final Two are required to attend tomorrow night's finale, while the Jury is highly recommended to attend. Each group will have different things to prepare for finale night: Final Two:Please prepare an opening statement to post at the beginning of the Final Tribal Council outlying your game and why you deserve to win. Following the opening statements, each Jury member will be able to ask you a question. Be prepared to answer these questions in a timely manner. You will then each have an opportunity to make a closing statement before the voting begins. The Jury:All members of the Jury should discuss at Ponderosa who they feel deserves to win the game between Nick ( nick64) and Todd ( ry4n). Each member of the Jury will be able to ask the finalists questions. You can ask both the same question or you can ask each of them a different question. This is your opportunity to get insight on their gameplay and help determine your vote. Each Jury member should submit their question(s) and their tentative vote to their Confessional PM by no later than 5:00 p.m. ET tomorrow.Should you not be able to make it to the finale, we will post your question(s) for you. An official vote will take place following the closing statements of the finalists. If you are not present, your tentative vote will be used. You are voting for who you want to win this game. The season finale will begin at 8:00 p.m. ET tomorrow night. (If that works for everyone)

Francesca's Final Words"Man I wish I was sitting there, but how on earth could I beat Todd's incredible final score? It's my time to go and congratulations to Todd on that amazing stamina. Despite what the jury may think, I think the final two have both played fantastic games. I'm honored to cast to my vote for one of these two incredibly nice, strategic fellas. As far as my game goes, I'm very happy for how I played. I kind of forgot I'd get a chance to share my final thoughts, so I'll mostly reiterate what I touched on at the final three tribal. Every move I did was very calculated, from beginning to end. In the beginning, I knew my reputation would have people think I was an idiot; I knew people would want to use me as a goat/extra vote and get to the end; thus I knew I had to blindside these people and I eventually did. When the opportunity came take the diamond immunity, I absolutely had to. 1.) I knew I wouldn't be the only one going for it. 2.) I didn't want any of the amazing challenge performers from Mare to get it and 3.) It keeps me immune. It's a no-brainer. With this immunity, I knew people wouldn't perceive me as much of a hard worker so I had to make sure I voted correctly every tribal. In fact, I am the only person to hold this distinction. I had one final chance at final 4 to show I had complete control over the votes and I pulled it off. This was my winning argument and I think it's a damn good one. I do have to say I was incredibly lucky at one moment in the game. When the alliance of Nick, Twilla, Jane, and Todd was accidentally outed by someone at tribal council, I soon after got the opportunity to join that alliance completely unscathed. This allowed me to work with the big Lifou alliance and the small Lifou alliance with Wes and Sarah simultaneously. It irks people think I wasn't making any decisions when they have no idea what was going on in my alliances. They just assume those who have done well before are in control. If anyone still thinks I'm a floater, they are not looking closely enough. Just because someone does not want to work you with does NOT mean they are NOT making moves. And it does not mean they are any less in control of the vote. If anyone from Maré flipped me, who would get credit for that move? They would. Not me. I'm talking about my game to set an example. To the jury, I ask you to remember that you don't know all of the dynamics of the game. Listen to these two make their case at final tribal before you make up your mind. I'm sure they'll reveal a lot more than what you think you know. Also, I'd like to give props to Jane for being such an incredible sport. Sarah, Wes, I'm so sorry for betraying you. I do appreciate that you are both, genuine, funny, nice people and I hope you forgive me personally. I was playing a game that I eventually lost so please do make fun of me. I deserve it. I had a lot of fun! Hope every one did too. Look out final two, my final questions won't be easy. :)" - Francesca ( irice22)

I already know who I am going to vote for. Can I cast my vote in now? Since I don't think you'll be back in the jury house discussion I'll post this here. I would beg you to at least hear their arguments before voting. I'm sure people like Sam & McSteamy would have loved to be on jury so they can get their say, don't waste your spot.

Congrats on reaching the finals Nick and Ry4n! It was great watching you guys this season and I look forward to seeing what happens during the final tribal :) irice22 I honestly really enjoyed watching you play this season. While your game wasn't perfect (taking the diamond immunity I think was a mistake for you -- I'll explain why later) you did a lot better then people give you credit for and I was hoping that you somehow made it to the finals because you could potentially be an upset winner if you played your cards right. And this is coming from someone who voted you out your first two seasons ;)

Exactly why I'm hoping Gravey does more than just "Oh I'm already voting for "x" so "y" tell me why I should vote for you." It's a waste of a slot. I'd rather he just let you question the final two.

Well here we are. I know a lot of you seem to have your minds set on how to vote, but I hope you'll at least hear me out.
"I plan on keeping low and making a lot of small alliances, with maybe only one or two major ones. I won't request any group alliances, but will not turn any down either. I want to get myself into a position where no one will consider me a personal threat to them until at least the Top 10, and then I'll have to play harder."
This was my answer to Spidey's questionnaire before the game started, and this is exactly what I did. From Day 1, I made two alliances: Ryan and Irice. Those two alliances were my ride or dies until the very end. I did what I had to in this game to get myself and my two allies to the end with me, and I think it did really well. Both of them knew that I was on good terms with the other, but I don't think either knew just HOW closely I was alligned. And I managed to go through 17 other people and get the two people I pegged from the very beginning sitting next to me in the Final 3.
I've been accused repeatedly of being a floater in this game, but there's a very big difference between floating and knowing not to play your hand too early. I've done that in the past and it's why I used to always get booted pre-jury. By definition, a floater is someone who "floats" to where the power is. I never did that. In the first week in the game, Ryan said Stacey and Leo were interested in an alliance with us. So of course I joined. I never just latched on to Stacey like some of you seemed to think.
And this alliance was very equal. There was no "leader". We made decisions as a group. And I played my part. I had my say in all evictions. I also managed to convince them that Irice would be a great addition to the group, and he was added as 5th member. There were all of those final words where I was yelled at for not flipping, but why would I do that? I had strong allies that weren't out to get me, and no one else was coming to me and trying anything, so it would have just been stupid to make myself an enemy.
As I said I would in my initial plan, we would cut down the competition until right around the Final 10. After that, it was time to play harder. Irice and I discussed a flip on Stacey at Final 9 because he was an obvious jury fave, but decided to wait one more week. That week ended up being the one where no one could PM anybody, so that didn't happen. But at Final 7, we did it. I discussed it with both Irice and Ryan and we all got the necessary support to make the switch.
Shooter's elimination was all me. I talked to Leo and made peace with him, and I told him about what I was planning. I then told Irice and Ryan about the dangers of keeping Shooter in because he's a clear jury favorite. Between the four of us, we could quietly take him out while he expected Leo to go. That way he wouldn't think to use his Vote Halt. Shooter, I'm sorry and it was nothing personal. Just strategy.
After that, we had to actually take out Leo, because Norm still had his idol and it was his last chance to use it. In Final 4 week, Norm was the only one left that wasn't me or my two allies, so he was my goal. But Ryan actually thought we should get Irice out. But that didn't mesh with my personal plan, so I decided to split the vote and let them fight for the last spot. I told Irice this would happen, but he pulled that little maneuver to get Norm to vote for me, effectively breaking the tie and secure our Final 3. I couldn't believe that I had actually succeeded in my original plan, but I did, and it felt amazing!
And now we're here, and I have the chance to win. I was quickly given the label of a floater, which I don't think was fair or accurate. I never floated to the power. I made moves and did my part. I did whatever was best to get me and my two allies to the end, and it worked. I'm not great at comps, I'll admit it. But if you're gonna vote based on performance in internet games, then congratulations Ryan!
I did win one comp though. This comp was the one where we had to answer questions about each other and then guess who was the most popular choice for each question. I won this comp because it involves knowing your competitors and I think I played a great social game.
But regardless of what happens, I'm proud of my game. Ryan, I'm honored to be sitting next to you, and I'd be honored to lose to you. Thank you everyone!

Hey guys!
I think it's pretty incredible that Nick and myself made it here without a single Temptation Island advantage at our disposal. There was so many things that could've gone wrong for our alliance: Gravey re-entered at the merge, upsetting the numbers. Nick missed the voting deadline, sending us into the first rock draw. Leo used the Vote Steal advantage, sending us into the second rock draw. Shooter could've stopped his own eviction. And speaking just for myself: everyone knew I was a challenge threat. The first Immunity challenge I won went to last place instead. And I think I would've been voted out had I not won those Immunities at the end. So I feel like I worked my way here.
I killed it in the challenges, especially towards the end. I spent hours on those flash games. I dug up old Lounge threads to figure out everyone's ages. I stayed awake for 22 hours the other night. I technically won 5 Immunity challenges if you include that challenge where last place won instead of first place. I won different types of challenges too - the tribe rankdown was knowing the tribe dynamics, the missing letters was a puzzle, the mini putt was a flash game, the jury quiz was knowing people, and the last one was endurance.
My strategy was to ride the Lifou alliance till the F7, then take out the big threats. It put me in a very vulnerable spot once Stacey/Shooter were gone, but I knew I could win every Immunity challenge from there on out. It was a risky game, but you don't win without taking risks. At the merge, I already had alliances with the Lifou's and I hadn't interacted with the Maré's. So flipping made no sense for me. Plus flippers are always hated. Once the numbers dwindled, Stacey and Shooter were always the two people I wanted gone first from our alliance. With Stacey, the jury made it pretty damn clear they'd vote for him at the end. But more importantly, I wanted to prove I could get to the end without Stacey's help. With Shooter, he played an incredible social game. I would've voted for him over anybody in the F2. Plus he was my biggest competition in challenges.
The biggest fallacy about Survivor is idea that one person is calling all the shots. That couldn't be further from the truth. EVERYBODY thinks they're in control. Which I think was the case with Lifou. Lifou stuck together because it was a collaborative effort instead of one person deciding everything (which is probably why nobody flipped). And I most definitely contributed to those strategy discussions. The moves I made weren't as obvious: I told people that booting Irice first again would be cruel. I pushed the vote against Narwhals. I encouraged Lifou to stick together and knock off the Maré's. I took the initiative of creating the alliance PM of the 6 Lifou's minus Leo. I pushed for Stacey and Shooter's blindsides. I posted the list of who had what temptation so Shooter would know what to steal. I promised Norm I would help him get as far as possible if he flipped back (this might've been the most important thing I did; I needed his vote to survive the F10 Tribal). Did I have 100% control over every single thing? No. But those were things that I wanted to happen and helped make happen.
I was flexible. I considered every option. I was willing to let other people think they were in control. If it wasn't my #1 target who went each Tribal, it was always someone I was planning on getting rid of soon anyway. The F4 was the only time I wasn't ok with who went. Nick & Norm was my F3 plan. I knew Irice was a dark horse to win this thing, but Nick & Norm refused to vote him out. Just look at Irice's goodbye message. No way I wanted to go up against that tonight. But I was able to eliminate Irice myself by winning that final challenge.
Ever since I lost the jury vote in BB Pulse 2, I have tried to play a better social game. The reason I lost that season is because I made alliances with everybody and backstabbed every single one of them. I was loyal to nobody. This is why I never strategized or made any promises to the Maré tribe. I didn't want to backstab people if I had no intention of keeping them around. I did turn on the Lifou's, but those were moves I needed to make. I would not have won against Stacey, Shooter or Leo in the F2.
My biggest mistake was when I falsely accused Leo of flipping. But I own up to that. Everyone makes mistakes. It's how you correct those mistakes. The Lifou alliance stuck with me instead of Leo, so I must've done something right. And Leo became a huge target for the rest of the game. So that mistake actually helped me out.
And with that, bring it on guys!

I already casted my vote. None of you were my initial votes. You all were voting the best damn players out. Shooter Leo and normusic deserved to be the top 3. They all were playing great. Both of you were playing horrible. Although one has been playing worse so my vote was still easily. I'm annoyed at how the final outcome has been regardless. Voting the best players out...
