Again Imma need her to sit through some PR classes. I feel like reporters kinda know now and bait her into saying these things that are gonna be interpreted as shade.

The five-track run of CHIHIRO-BIRDS OF A FEATHER-WILDFLOWER-THE GREATEST-L'AMOUR DE MA VIE is so insane.

My mission these days is pushing this album on all my friends, especially the ones who don't listen to/like Billie and...it's working! When I played this for my neighbor buddy, he was STUNNED. He said album of the year, EASILY.

I cannot get enough of this album...urgh! Listening to it, time just flies.
I really hope Billie and her team milk it for all its got. "BIRDS OF A FEATHER" really taking off now with "LUNCH" and "CHIHIRO" doing their thing, as well as the rest of the album generally holding up really well in streaming.
She released a music video for "CHIHIRO"
Love it! Should boost the song slightly.
I hope she films and releases music videos for all the songs throughout the year...that would be so amazing *_* Particularly want her to release a music video for "BIRDS OF A FEATHER" soon though as it's doing so well globally and has a real good chance of going to #1 in various countries. A music video will help boost its streams a bit more.

Honestly this album has a long commercial shelf life ahead of it in my opinion. This, from the album's production to Billie's image feels like an almost refined, enhanced return to form for Billie and Finneas. It's honestly the sound of her debut reaching its ultimate potential. It's peak "Billie Eilish". Finneas's hand feels even heavier than Billie's here, as the adventurous production is really the star (though I do appreciate Billie's ever-haunting vocals and the exploration of her range as well). SO many of the songs here could be potential singles and successful singles at that. I really wish she/they would have serviced a visual album to pair it with, simultaneously releasing a collection of imagery that mirrored the gorgeous, fresh, moody, slick tranquility of the album. It would have only raised the quality even further as this is easily the duo's magnum opus.

This album is just so easy to listen to on repeat. It all flows so beautifully, every minute of it is purposeful and rich and exciting. And it flows back into itself from the final few seconds to the opening so well.
Rooting for this to take AOTY.

And I can't give her enough kudos for keeping it concise and short. As fans we do find nuggets we like on each track (look at how some Swifties claim they love each and every single one of the 31 TTPD tracks), but I prefer 10 strong ones instead of 20 middling songs.
It's not a Taylor shade per se; it's good business to drop bloated albums in this chart streaming era, but I like to see some editing happening to prevent that.

I think I need to enter some kind of program for how punishingly addicted I am to "WILDFLOWER," particularly that haunting, reverberant coda. Fire up the spoon, Billie.

This is the best album of the year. And this is coming from a HARDCORE member of the Beyhive. It has not left my headphones, car or home stereo since it came out. Chihiro might go down as one of my all time favorite songs.

Chihiro might go down as one of my all time favorite songs.I am starting to think that way myself. I love the build up and then the euphoric ending of the song.

Was looking at the charts on Apple Music and noticed that Wildflower is currently the 2nd best-streaming song on the album, in front of both Lunch and Chihiro. This shocked me, is there any particular reason why it would be doing so well? Not complaining, the song is gorgeous!

Billie's recorded acoustic performances for 4 songs for Amazon music as part of their songwriter's series - "BIRDS OF A FEATHER", "SKINNY", "L'AMOUR DE MA VIE" & "WILDFLOWER". They were released on songline today.
"WILDFLOWER" is the first to be uploaded to her youtube channel:
Beautiful. Hopefully the youtube uploads will give the songs a nice little streaming boost. Particularly for "BIRDS OF A FEATHER" which is getting very close to being #1 in the UK.

Still absolutely obsessed with this album. The run from "CHIHIRO" through "L'AMOUR DE MA VIE" in particular is insane.

If I had a million dollars, I'd bet it all that Billie will win AOTY with this! To me, a perfect album.

This album kinda fell to the wayside because there's been so much music this year. Went on a long hike today and put it on repeat. What a body of work! She really did that.
"Wildflower," "Blue," and "The Greatest" are just so damn stunning.

"Wildflower," "Blue," and "The Greatest" are just so damn stunning. I made a playlist with all of the albums I bought in the first half of 2024 because yeah, this year has been absolutely MANIC with releases and I have neglected a good chunk of releases as a result. I keep the playlist on shuffle and whenever a song from this album pops up, I fall in love all over again. She 1000% deserves AOTY for this.

Seems like she has another collab coming. Charli said the remix was done in a about a week both video/song, so that mean the collab Billie mentioned in that Apple interview during album release week is with another artist
