How do you guys think XXX's new songs will do? I think Jocelyn Flores will eventually get into the top 10, and Revenge in the top 20. Please no... I see nothing special about them. They are just as bad as Look At Me.

yes, indie rock. There was an indie trend during 2012-2014 with the likes of Gotye, fun., Mumford and Sons, Of Monsters and Men, Imagine Dragons (the only ones that survived past the trend), American Authors, The Lumineers, etc. It was very present on the charts during that time period. Some of those bands are not "indie" rock.

So a couple of weeks ago there was a discussion on if people should buy or stream songs from artists of questionable moral character. After looking at the most recent chart, I wasn't sure what XXXTENTACION was so I went to Wikipedia and geez this guy seems like either a really messed up individual or a real jerk depending on your perspective.

Now that Attention is #1 on airplay, does that make it possible top 3 hit? Hope not.

Despacito, both Taylor songs and Bodak Yellow will probably block it from reaching much higher than it's current #5 peak.

Now that Attention is #1 on airplay, does that make it possible top 3 hit? Hope not. It's going to be a pretty weak #1 (~127M on Billboard's Radio Songs), so it won't affect much its Hot 100 position. 127M airplay = 22.5M streams (barely guarantees a song in the top 10 of BB's Streaming Songs)

Great lead by Taylor Swift
Yay likely top 5 for 1-800-273-8255-300
I hope Sorry Not Sorry can eventually hit top 10. Slow Hands needs to grow more in airplay to have a shot at the top 10... or maybe release a new music video and just have the first one as "lyric video" lol

Yeah, this is the most busy release week for new songs from high profile artists I think I've ever seen. I don't know if all the labels know what/when everyone else is going to release, but it seems like a stupid marketing decision. We have Sam Smith, U2, Kelly Clarkson, Zayn, Blake Shelton, and that's not even all of them. Not too surprised that Sam Smith is on top now, and it would have been especially wise for Zayn to have held off at least until early next year maybe, given that he's competing with all his former bandmates now.

^HITS has reported on the increase of songs being sent to Top 40 radio.
Radio likes to play the same songs over and over again.
Who will get lost in the shuffle?
We should be getting a new Eminem single. Maybe a new Justin Timberlake single?
