The entire Viva Las Vengeance album from Brendon Urie. To go from consistently successful albums and singles to charting for ONE WEEK on the Billboard 200, one of the biggest flops I've ever seen

I wouldn't say he was consistently successful. in terms of singles, High Hopes was the exception, not the rule. It was Panic!'s first single to get over #40 since I Write Sins, Not Tragedies. Viva Las Vengeance definitely underperformed as an album, but its not like he was a pop mainstay before it.

Viva Las Vengeance definitely underperformed as an album, but its not like he was a pop mainstay before it. When I talk consistent success, I'm talking more on albums than singles. Yes, High Hopes was Brendon's first true hit but the truth was that he was plenty successful without the need of hits. Death of a Bachelor and Too Weird to Live... were amongst the top selling and most listened to albums of the year when they came out, and every album he put out since 2005 debuted in the Top 10. So to go from that to not debuting in the Top 10 and not even lasting a week, that's a flop.

It's a bonus track from a soundtrack, I think it did exactly as intended.

While I agree that Panic of course has not had a huge string of all of these massive hits, it felt like he did have a resurgence in the last era and for this new album to come and go so fast with such *little* fanfare was pretty shocking

Carasmatic, Irene Cara's follow-up album to What a Feeling, failed to chart as did its singles.

Victoria Beckham's solo career in general.

Spice Girls - Holler
First Spice Girls single to not only miss the Hot 100's top 20 but miss the Hot 100 entirely.

Illegal by Shakira.
Coming off a global #1 like Hips Don't Lie, there should have at least been a floor for what the followup could do just from the inertia of her brand. But it didn't even chart in the US, Canada, France, or Australia, peaked at 34 in the UK, and even in countries where it did have some success like Germany and Belgium, it didn't stick around long.

Whatever You Want - Christina MilianΒ Dance Like We're Making Love - Ciara Both peaked at #100 on the Hot 100. I loved both songs especially βWhatever You Wantβ.. lol It was so catchy. I donβt know why it did practically nothing.
