The lead single off her 5th album "Body Talk Pt 1" released in 2010 I always loved this song and Robyn's work, this was just so catchy It reached #13 on the Bubbling Under chart
Smh that a cover from some British one hit wonder guy version managed to chart on the Hot 100 & make Top 40 on Pop radio last year, such bullshit The world will never do it's queens of music justice :'(

It is a shame that it didn't do so well. Probably my favorite song by Robyn. I like the single version much better with the heavier bassline.

This is one of those songs that wasn't a hit by any measure, but it seems like EVERYONE knows it and loves it. Don't let this come on in the club or let someone sing this at karaoke, it kills. It's undercover iconic and should have been a #1 smash. F**k radio for ignoring the buzz and hype she had at the time, just shows how bought and paid for they are.

Everyone I know knows this song but no one ever heard it on the radio.

This is one of my favorites from her. It's the smash that never was. I love the ABBA-esque melancholy of the lyrics. That beatless bridge still gets me single everytime. The production is so fabulous (on the single mix of course). This has been on my store's playlist for the last 9 months and I see people of all ages singing along to it and that just makes my day. I think some do know it from Callum Scott's cover which got some airplay here. And of course from it being featured on HBO's Girls. The chord progression in DOMO bears a striking resemblance to Whitney Houston's 80s classic "How Will I Know." It looks like others picked up on that and someone made a mashup of the two.

Love it. I liked the Callum Scott cover but the original remains superior.
The scene from Girls where they dance to this song is what sold me on that show, and it remains one of my favorite moments from it.

Is the song one of the greatest pop songs of the decade? Yes.

I love this forever - it's the best measuring stick for quality electronic songs. "Call Your Girlfriend" is close to the perfection of this.
Also, the Calum Scott version makes me very angry and I try to forget it exists.

This whole album is one of the biggest commercial injustices of the decade. It was the perfect time for this album to be released, and its dance-pop highs bested everything the other pop girls sent to #1--yes, I do mean Katy Perry and Gaga and Rihanna and Kesha. KILLS ME that this one in particular didn't stay perched at #1 for weeks on end. This is good but I prefer the cover by far. Mess.

I prefer the album version to the single mix. The production is almost almost stifling in its oppressiveness - and it fits the song perfectly. It is a mood.

Iconic, that sappy cover version is terrible, totally ruins the song.

This song continues to age brilliantly, and never fails to lift my spirits. Gutted it wasnโt a smash, but I see it referenced and beloved all the same so Iโm glad itโs gotten the recognition it deserves.

Still adding this to every playlist I make 14 years later. HER POWER.
I need her to serve me another tune like this.
